Providing and fixing tiled false ceiling of approved materials of size 595x595 mm in true horizontal level suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections (galvanized @ 120 gsm/sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of main "T" runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38mm made from 0.30mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200mm center to center and cross "T" of size 24x25mm made of 0.30mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200mm long spaced between main "T" at 600mm center to center to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross "T" of length 600mm and size 24x25mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) DSR No.12.52

sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600mm panel to form grids of 600x600mm and wall angle of size 24x24x0.3 mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid including, wherever, required, cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main "T" runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats of size 27 x 37 x 25 x1.6 x mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4mm GI adjustable rods with galvanised butterfly level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm spaced at 1200mm center to center along main T, bottom exposed width of 24 mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint, all complete at all heights as per specifications drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

12.5 mm thick fully Perforated Gypsum Board tile made from plasterboard having glass fibre conforming to IS: 2095 part I ,of size 595x595 mm, having perforation of 9.7x9.7 mm at 19.4 mm c/c with center borders of 48 mm and the side borders of 30 mm, backed with non woven tissue on the back side, having an NRC ( Noise Reduction Coefficient) of 0.79, with 50 mm resin bonded glass wool backing. Repairing of existing pavers by removing the settled pavers filling the sand and relaying the pavers to meet with the lavel adjoining pavers grouting with fine sand complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the engineer incharge. NS

Repair of detiorarted RCC Surface having exposed rusted reinforcement consisting of following operation a) Chipping of concrete surfaced 25mm thick average depth afterwards removal of loose concrete and exposing the steel bars. Cleaning the surface properly to remove dust particles and rust from the steel bars. Complete in all respect ot the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. b) Moistening the surface properly and applying arcylic polymer (acrocrete/pidilite/master crete) coating mixing with cement for proper bonding of old and new concrete in two coats @ 0.20 kg Polymer per 1 Kg cement c)providing and fixing MS wire mesh by using binding wire and nails. Complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-incharge. d) Placing of cement concrete 1:1.5:3 having thicknesss (3/4" to 1.1/4") mixed with acrylic polymer admixture @ 1 kg per bag of cement . Complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of engineer-in-charge. NS

Providing and fixing classic system blackout fabric roller blinds which should be made up of 100% polyster with acrylic coating resistant to cracking and fraying. It should have 100% blackout should be min .0.52mm (+_5%) and having weight 358 g/sqmt (+_5%). Light fasteness 6. can be installed on face ceiling mount on frame in recuses. The fixing bracket are made of steel with powder coating to give greater finish. Barcket shall be accomodating over head or side mounting with clutch assembly on either end of the blinds. The Roller tube shall be extruded by non·rusting aluminium alloy with 1.25 mm thickness anodized for long life. Available in 32.40 mm dia for small and big blinds respectively. Aluminium bottom bar with powder coating 55 microns or 10 micrones anodized operating chain 10 plastic steel ball chain or as per manufatures specifications adopted clutch pitch for smooth, lifting and lowring of blinds the blinds can be stopped in desired position with help of stop lock used for raising or lowering action of the shades. The fixing arrangement as per approved make specification all coplete as per directions of the Engineer in Charge complete in all respects. NS
