The AMF panel should be complete with MCCB, battery charger, wiring etc. AMF should also be provided with facility to bypass A.M.F. if required at any stage. The AMF panel must be of same make of D.G. Set/ OEM manufacturer only. J Testing The complete Gen set shall be tested as per relevant IS provisions. Following test shall be carried out.
i) Continuous running of Gen. set at full load for 8 hours for which cost of lubricating oil and HSD shall be borne by the firm.
ii) Routine testing as per IS provision
iii) Measurement of fuel oil consumption and lubricating oil consumption at 75% of full load.
iv) Alternator efficiency at 75% & 100% load.
