Providing and fixing of wooden blind with MONO Mechanism Ailanto 50 MM Wooden Venetian Blinds – Manual Operated Slats: Bass Wood Slats ; Width= 50mm (+/‐0.5mm); Thickness= 3mm (+/‐ 0.5mm)Head Rail: Head rail is 53 mm high and 63 mm wide. It is made of aluminum alloy and is provided with matching shade of slats. Valance is already fitted in the head rail of height 50 mm. Head rail is covered by two end caps made up of PVC.Drum & Cradle: They are molded ABS components with high strength. The Drum and Cradle Assembly Provides Bearing Support to the Tilt Rod which are meant for tilting and controlling the lifting cord. Tilter Lock: It is made up of aluminum & is fitted inside the head rail Cord lock: It is fitted inside the head rail & made up of steel provides locking arrangement for the cord and stops the slats at the desired heights. It is designed to prevent blind from crashing down, if released abruptly. Tilting Cord: It is 2mm in diameter, braided high strength polyester fiber cord for maximum abrasion resistance and minimum elongation. It is provided with matching shade of slats. With wooden tassels‐ 2nos. Lift Cord: It is 2mm in diameter, braided high strength polyester fibre cord for Bottom Rail: Made of Bass Wood; Width= 50mm (+/‐ 0.5mm). Installation Bracket: It is made up of Steel with spring loaded bracketsTilting Rod: It is made of steel of size 6 mm Square rod. The tilt rod is fixed in the tilter mechanism and drives the drum to rotate the Slats complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. (N.S.)
