Construction/ Casting of Round RCC Bollard light of size 2’-6” including cost of clear acrylic sheet and MS wire cage in fitting compartment and Thermo Plastic cable Jn. Box IP55 of size 130 x180 x 77 minimum deep approximate with 4 nos. thermal block suitable for 1 no. incoming and 3 nos. outgoing cable. The terminal block shall be made of Hansel/ Wago/ Elmex/ Siemens make and cable junction box of make Hansel/ Legrand/ Clipsel. The RCC pillar shall be plastered properly finished and should have the natural concrete grey texture & colour (it is not to be painted). The bollard should be have sufficient provision for installation of 10 watt LED bulk head fitting, pvc conduit ½” from the jn. Box to fitting with 1.5 sq .mm. copper wire and all petty material required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of the engineer in charge of the work PVC conduit 40mm for incoming and outgoing cable. The job includes the cost of making suitable base of size 2’x2’ cement concrete ratio 1:1:5:3 including cost of iron bars of 8mm to 6 nos. including 3 nos. rings. The job includes the cost of sand . cement and bajri etc and other petty material required to complete the job. The cost includes dismantling of existing RCC bollard. (The bollard should resemble with existing bollard at site)

Supply and Laying of following XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, armoured, aluminium conductor cable of 1.1KV grade as per IS 7098 (Part-I) 1988 (amended up to date) of the following sizes to be laid in existing DWC/RCC/HUME pipe as required at site. The job include the cost of making connections with suitable size of Al. Lugs/thimbles, testing, commissioning etc. as required to the entire satisfaction of Engineer In Charge. The cable should be of Polycab / Havells / Finolex / RR Kabel / KEI / RPG / Universal/Grandlay make only.
