Providing & fixing false ceiling at all heights with GRG (Glass Fibre Reinforced Gypsum) false ceiling tiles of Size 595x595 mm of approved texture, design and patterns having moisture content less than 2%, humidity resistance of 99%, NRC 0.50 to 0.75 as per IS 8225:1987,Non combustible as per BS 476 (part 4)-1970 and light reflectance of 85% (minimum) to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanised iron section of 0.33mm thick (galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm including both sides)comprising of main-T runners of size 15x32 mm of length 3000 mm,cross - T of size 15x32 mm of length 1200 mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 15x32 mm of length 600mm to form grid module of size 600 x 600 mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanised mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm) i.e. 50 mm long, 8 mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6 mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000 mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2 mm. Galvanised iron perimeter wall angle of size 24x24x0.40 mm of length 3000 mm to be fixed on periphery wall / partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450 mm center to center and 40 mm long dry wall wood screws. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawing and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing of existing tarfelt/ MAK polyplast from the surface of brick tile/tile terracing and make the tile for reuse including disposal of malba/rubbish to dumping ground within 50 meters lead complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge N.S.

Providing and laying water proofing treatment in roof slabs etc., by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying : (a) First layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/ sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. (B) Laying of Fibre glass cloth with a coat of slurry of cement @ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.126 kg/ sqm when the first layer is still green. Overlaps of joints of fibre cloth should not be less than 10 cm. (C) Third layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours. The rate includes preparation of surface, treatment and sealing of all joints, corners, junctions of pipes and masonry with polymer mixed slurry. (Based on 22.5)

Providing and fixing false ceiling tile in panel work of size 595mmx595mm mineral fibre as per existing sample complete fixed in position in the existing grid with the help of a screw/glue as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing asbestos cement sheet strips 50 mm x 6mm for conglomerate / terrazzo floors complete fixed in position to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. (NS)

Cleaning/removing dust painting marks, Glue, bird faeces, cement marks etc. from PVC flooring with brush, water, sand paper etc. including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the EIC. NS

Cleaning Curtains, removing dust painting marks, bird faeces etc. with vacume, brush and water etc. including necessary repairs complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the EIC. NS

Providing and fixing wooden flooring with FIBA/BWF specifications comprising hard wood maple of size 57 to 83mm wide, 21mm thick, 225mm length (Random) and toung and groove on four sides with square edges and ends fixed with steel screws of 50mm size over 38mmx75mmx1800mm long battens made of kiln seasoned pine/sal wood placed at 9" c/c which is further fixed with barbed cleats over 10mm thick rubber pads resting on concrete flooring laid with 6mm thick layer of polythene paper barrier. The top surface of maple wood finished with a coat of polyurethane oil and anti skid finish polish and 1.1/2"x1.1/2" teak wood beading is provided at joints of flooring at walls. The rate includes the cost of labour charges for complete fixing and game line markings, complete in all respects as per the sample approved by the Architect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.

Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material from slabs, beams, columns etc. up to the height of 15m with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. 25 mm average thickness.

Dashing cement concrete with 1:1.5:3 (1cement:1.5 coarse sand :3 graded stone aggregates 10mm nominal size) in RCC beams, walls, columns, slabs, chajjas, facia etc. of average thickness 50mm of upto 10m height including the cost of curing and scaffolding etc. complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge.( excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, reinforcement )

Removing rust from exposed reinforcement bars up to 15m height in R.C.C. walls, columns, beams, shelves etc. to give it a total rust free steel surface by using alkaline chemical rust remover of approved make with paint brush and removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application with wire brush and thoroughly washing with water and allowing it to dry, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and Fixing chicken mesh of size ½"x½" and 26 gauge up to 15m height on RCC beams, facias, brick work etc. wherever required with wooden gutties, nails and screws including drilling holes etc complete as per directions of the Engineer-in-charge.
