Providing and fixing following rating MCCB 4 pole 415 Volt (Thermal magnetic / microprocessor release) for Over load and short circuit protection, 36 KA Breaking capacity (Ics=100% Icu) with positive isolation. The overload & short circuit release shall be of adjustable type, suitable for isolation The MCCB is to be installed in existing cubicle panel / angle iron board/ VTPN BDB / MCCB enclosure including drilling holes in cubicle panel / angle iron board, making connections with suitable rating of copper wire / copper strip etc. as required. The job includes the cost of spreaders terminal links. The job also includes cost of MS enclosure or direct/ extended rotary handle etc. as required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. The MCCB should be of Lauritz Knudsen/ Siemens/ Schneider/ Legrand/ ABB/Hager make only.

S/E of following way 100 amp. rated vertical type three pole and neutral sheet steel, IP43, MCB distribution board 415 volt in recess complete with 4 pole 100 amp. MCCB breaking capacity 25 KA (min), MCB SP tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, din bar inter connections, power pointed including earthing etc as required. The vertical TPN distribution board should be of Hager (Novello+) / Legrand (Ekinox3) / Schnieder (Acti 9) / Siemens (Betagard) / ABB (Elegance) / Lauritz Knudsen (Exora) make only. The 4 pole 100 amp. 415-volt MCCB should be of Hager /ABB / Lauritz Knudsen / Schneider / Legrand / Siemens make only. The MCCB should have adjustable thermal and fixed magnetic release for over load and short circuit protections.

Fabrication, Supplying, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Indoor type cubicle type fully enclosed compartmentalized Electric Panel of suitable size (300mm-900mm) deep as required at site suitable for three phase 50 Hz 415 volt AC supply system made out of 1.6 mm thick CRCA sheet duly strong thread with suitable size of MS channel members and base weather proof dust and vermin proof, ventilated with louvers at sides removable gland plates at the bottom, earthing studs at both ends duly painted with powder coated finish of approved shade and two coats of anticorrosion paint including providing and fixing of four strip main and auxiliary aluminium bus bars of rating (100 Amp. to 300 amp.) as required at site, multifunction meter, LT phase indicator lamp for each incomer/ outgoing, MCB distribution board metering unit and having space for accommodating various MCCB’s, MCB SP/ DP/TPN and energy meter etc as per site requirement. The manufacturer/ fabricator of LT panel should posse’s type test certificate/ reports w.r.t. construction/ manufacturing of LT panel confirming to IEC 61439 Part 1 &2 with breaking capacity 50KA (minimum) & Degree of protection IP42 (minimum) from CPRI /ERDA approved Lab.

Supply & erection MCB 3 Pole 63 Amp 415 Volt 10KA Breaking Capacity ‘C’ curve without enclosure. The job includes the labour charges and other petty material required to complete the job. The MCB should be of Lauritz Knudsen (Exora)/ Legrand (DX3)/ Schneider (Acti-9)/ ABB (SB200M)/ Siemens (Betagard) make only.

Making of Haudi of following size for drawing of underground cable etc. constructed with bricks wall 4½” thick and plastered from the inner side with cement, sand, mixture 1:5. The RCC cover moulded in an angle frame of size 35mm x 35mm x 5mm should be provided above the Haudi which should rest on 40mm x 40mm x 5mm angle iron frame fixed on the upper portion of the Haudi. The cover should be provided with lifting arrangement. The rate includes all labour and material to complete the job with 1:4 CC mixture.
