Providing and fixing partition upto ceiling height consisting of G.I. frame and required board, including providing and fixing of frame work made of special section power pressed/ roll form G.I. sheet with zinc coating of 120 gms/ sqm(both side inclusive), consisting of floor and ceiling channel 50mm wide having equal flanges of 32 mm and 0.50 mm thick, fixed to the floor and ceiling at the spacing of 610 mm centre to centre with dash fastener of 12.5 mm dia meter 50 mm length or suitable anchor fastener or metal screws with nylon plugs and the studs 48 mm wide having one flange of 34 mm and other flange 36 mm and 0.50 mm thick fixed vertically within flanges of floor and ceiling channel and placed at a spacing of 610 mm centre to centre by 6 mm dia bolts and nuts, including fixing of studs along both ends of partition fixed flush to wall with suitable anchor fastener or metal screws with nylon plugs at spacing of 450 mm centre to centre, and fixing of boards to both side of frame work by 25 mm long dry wall screws on studs, floor and ceiling channels at the spacing of 300 mm centre to centre. The boards are to be fixed to the frame work with joints staggered to avoid through cracks, Galvanised M.S. fixing channel of 99 mm width (0.9 mm thick having two flanges of 9.5 mm each with zinc coating of 120 gms/sqm(both side inclusive)) to be provided at the horizontal joints of twoboards, fixed to the studs using metal to metal flat head screws, including jointing and finishing to a flush finish with recommended jointing compound, jointing tape, angle beads at corners (25 mm x 25 mm x 0.5 mm), joint finisher and two coats of primer suitable for board as per manufacture's specification and direction of engineer in charge all complete. 75 mm overall thickness partition with 12.5 mm thick double skin fire rated Glass Reinforced Gypsum (GRG) board conforming to IS: 2095: (part 3) : 1996 (Board with BIS certification marks

Providing and fixing false ceiling at all height including providing and fixing of frame work made of special sections, power pressed from M.S. sheets and galvanized with zinc coating of 120 gms/sqm (both side inclusive) as per IS : 277 and consisting of angle cleats of size 25 mm wide x 1.6 mm thick with flanges of 27 mm and 37mm, at 1200 mm centre to centre, one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5 mm dia x 50mm long with 6mm dia bolts, other flange of cleat fixed to the angle hangers of 25x10x0.50 mm of required length with nuts & bolts of required size and other end of angle hanger fixed with intermediate G.I. channels 45x15x0.9 mm running at the spacing of 1200 mm centre to centre, to which the ceiling section 0.5 mm thick bottom wedge of 80 mm with tapered flanges of 26 mm each having lips of 10.5 mm, at 450 mm centre to centre, shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to G.I. intermediate channel with connecting clips made out of 2.64 mm dia x 230 mm long G.I. wire at every junction, including fixing perimeter channels 0.5 mm thick 27 mm high having flanges of 20 mm and 30 mm long, the perimeter of ceiling fixed to wall/partition with the help of rawl plugs at 450 mm centre, with 25mm long dry wall screws @ 230 mm interval, including fixing of gypsum board to ceiling section and perimeter channel with the help of dry wall screws of size 3.5 x 25 mm at 230 mm c/c, including jointing and finishing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the board with recommended jointing compound , jointing tapes , finishing with jointing compound in 3 layers covering upto 150 mm on both sides of joint and two coats of primer suitable for board, all as per manufacturer's specification and also including the cost of making openings for light fittings, grills, diffusers, cutouts made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed, all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the Engineer in Charge but excluding the cost of painting with : 12.5 mm thick tapered edge gypsum plain board conforming to IS: 2095- (Part I) : 2011 (Board with BIS certification marks)

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily. 11.41A.1 Double charge vitrified tile polished finish of size Size of Tile 600 x 600 mm

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with glass fibre matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufactured of density at 25°C, 0.87 - 0.89 kg/litre and viscocity 70 - 160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc., and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 350/300 N/5 cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 60/80N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane : 3 mm thick

Providing and fixing 35mm second class thick teak wood wire guage door shutter consisting of 100mm x 35mm style and top rail 150mm x 35mm lock rail 200mm x 35mm bottom rail wire mesh 22 x 12mm gauge fixed with 1/2" x 3/4" teak wood beading. The rate includes the rate for 8" and 6"stainless steel tower bolts 1no each, 5" stainless steel handle 2nos complete fixed in position complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and Fixing 35mm thick second class teak wood (kiln seasoned) panel door shutter consisting of 100mm x 35 mm style and top rail 150 mm x 35 mm lock rail 200mm x 35 mm bottom rail wire mesh 22 x 12 mm gauge fixed with 1/2” x 3/4” teak wood (kiln seasoned) beading, with necessary 4 Nos. of hinges, SS Tower bolts, SS Handles 5”, SS sliding bolt and complete fixed in position complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 35mm thick second class teak wood (kiln seasoned) glazed window shutter with vertical and horizontal style 75x35 mm thick & 4mm thick floated glass fixed with 1/2” x 3/4” teak wood beading and including the cost of 3” butt hinges stainless steel 4" tower bolts , stainless steel 4" handles 2nos, and stainless steel eye hook and finished with french spirit polish two coats complete in all respect and to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 35mm thick second class teak wood (kiln seasoned) wire guage window shutters consisting of vertical and horizontal styles 75x35mm size with wire mesh 22 x 12 mm gauge fixed with 1/2"x3/4" wood (kiln seasoned) beading. The rate further includes the cost of 3" butt hinges stainless steel tower bolts 4", stainless steel handles 2 nos. I-hook and french spirit polish two coats after preparation of surface (special quailty) complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing sunshade including sides consisting made out the frame M.S. Pipe 25 x 25 x 2mm and inner support of flat of size 25 x 6mm and fixing of 1.5mm thick polycarbonate sheet with help of self drilling screws. The rate also includes to chasing the brick work with the help of cutter machine, filling of silicone in chase, including the cost of two coats of paint over one coat of primer complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 40mm thick PCC tile of mix laying them in cement mortar 1 : 1 1/2 :3 (1 cement : 1 1/2 coarse sand 3 aggrigate ) cement mortar 1:4over wooden karries or R.C.C. battens or structural steel sections (Karries or battens or structural steel sections to be paid separately), including pointing the ceiling joints with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand ) all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing 12mm thick multipurpose cement board as pe Is:14862 reinforced with suitable fiber cement screw fixed over existing MS steel frame (costof steel frame shall be paid separately) with the help of gypsum screw. The joint of the board shall be finished with specially formuated jointing compund and 40mm wide sspecial quality jointing tape complete as per drawing and to the entire satifaction of Enginer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 1½” x ½” teak wood cover moulding on the existing chowkhats including the cost of spirit polish complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing cupboard shutter consisting of 19mm thick commercial cupboard shutter (ISI marked) with hard wood lipping all around and fixed with chowkhat frame with piano hinges and s.s screw etc. and provide with Al. Handle and magnetic catcher. The board surface to be painted with two coats of special quality paint over one coat of primer coat and preparation of surface, including removal of old shutter complete frame is to be fixed with iron nails etc. and complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 8mm thick plain glass shelves including the cost of stainless steel brackets etc. complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing golden champ wood jaffery on compound wall with frame of hard wood section 2” x 1.3/8” as horizontal member and vertical members fixed with hard wood and strips 4”x 3/8” @ 6” c/c on both faces sides faces of jaffery. The top of jaffery is to be covered with another strip of 2 x 1.3/8”. The complete panel is to fixed over existing wall and M.S. angle with iron nuts and bolts etc. The complete jaffery is to be painted with special quality over one coat of primer complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 6'-0" golden champ wood jaffery on compound wall with frame of hard wood section 2” x 1.3/8” as horizontal member and vertical members fixed with hard wood and strips 4”x 3/8” @ 6” c/c on both faces sides faces of jaffery. The top of jaffery is to be covered with another strip of 2 x 1.3/8”. The complete panel is to fixed over existing wall and M.S. angle with iron nuts and bolts etc. The complete jaffery is to be painted with special quality over one coat of primer complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Preparation of plastered or concrete surfaces for oil bound distemper or emulsion or apex paint including sand papering the surface or scrapping by patti, applying filling with cement based putty (Birla, Jk or equivalent) to the required finish complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 2-0” deep cupboard /cabinet consisting of 19mm thick commercial board and 6mm thick ply on back side, 4mm thick teak ply pated on the exposed surface and making shelves in cabinet, 0.8mm thick superior quality sunmica of inner side. The rate further includes the cost of lipping piano hinges, , cupboard lock, screws, nails, 2 nos. fancy s.s. handles, 2 nos. magnetic catchers, fevicol and paintingtwo coats over one priming coat and preparation of surface on board and ply surface and spirit polishing on teak ply complete in position to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing wooden cabinet of 13½” deep and 2’-0" height with openable shutter at wall above 4’-9" height consisting of 18mm thick both side pre-laminated particle board with one side decorative, flat pressed 3 layer and graded (medium density), grade I, type II, conforming to IS 12823 (exterior grade) lipped with hard wood lipping of size 18mm on exposed edges include cost of piano hinges and handle, magnetic cathcer, nail, screws, synthetic adhesive etc. and fixed in position with help of fasteners at wall complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing 2' deep cupboard /Cabinet under shelve made out with of 19mm thick commercial ISI marked board and front portion of the cabinet furnished with 1mm thick superior quality sunmica of outer side synthetic enamel paint inner side and over the remaining portion. It is also include the cost of the lipping, cost of handle, adhesive, nail, screws etc. complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length Second class teak wood. complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.(Including Polish)
