Provding and installation of precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by the Engineer in charge) 0.50mm +-5% total coated thickness (TCT) thick zinc coating 100gsm as per IS 277 in 240mpa steel grade, 5-4 microns epopxy primer on both sides of the sheet and polyester top coat of 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 micron minimum to avoid scratches while transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metres or as desired by the Engineer in charge. The sheet shall be fixed by using self drilling / self tapping screws of size (5.5x55mm) with EPDM seal or with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with whitel ead complete upto any pitch in horizontal / vertical or curved surface excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required complete in all repsects and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. Providing and fixing 2'-0” deep cupboard /cabinet consisting of 19mm thick commercial board and 6mm thick ply on back side, making shelves in cabinet 1mm mica on outer side & 0.8 mm thick inner side . The rate further includes the cost of lipping, piano hinges, cupboard lock, screws, nails, 2 nos. fancy s.s. handles, 2 nos. magnetic catchers, fevicol and painting two coats over one priming coat and preparation of surface on board and ply surface complete in position as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing amd fixing of cupboard shutter consisting of chowkhats frame of golden champ of 2 1/4" x 2 1/4" section with suitable rebate of 1" x 1/2" on outer side for shutter. The shutter are to be provided with 19mm thick commercial board pasted with 1mm mica on outer side amd 0.8 mm mica on inner side all around and fixed with chowkhat frame with piano hinges and screws etc. and provide with handle and magnetic catcher. chowkhat to be painted with two coats of special quality synthetic enamel paint after primer coat and preparation of surface. the complete frame is to be fixed with iron hold fasts, corners, straps, etc. complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction ofthe Engineer in charge.
