Kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar(1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Providing and fixing of cupboard shutter consisting of 19mm thick commercial board with lipping all around and fixed with chowkhat frame with piano hinges and screws etc. and provide with Alum. handle (with base plate) and magnetic catcher. The board surface is to be painted with two coats of special quality synthetic enamel paint after primer coat and preparation of surface, complete frame is to be fixed with iron nails etc. complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction ofthe Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing 4mm thick plain glass panes with beading when required over existing chowkhat or glazed shutter including the cost of nails, putty etc. complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Making plinth protection 50 mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-Ill) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) over 75 mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including necessary excavation, levelling & dressing & finishing the top smooth.

Scrapping / dismantling of exisitng Tarfelt using suitable means, including the charges of disposal of the malba to the designated malba dumping ground in city, complete in all repsects and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge.

Regrading terracing of mud phaska covered with tiles or brick, in cement mortar by dismantling tiles or bricks, removing mud plaster, preparing the surface of mud phaska to proper slope, relaying mud plaster gobri leaping and tiles or bricks, grouted in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand), including replacing unserviceable tiles or bricks with new ones and disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground (the cost of the new tiles or brick excluded), all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Removing the earth filling under tiles and cleaning and scraping old bitumen of the roof surface with wire brushes and refiiliing the earth after cleaning etc complete in all respect engineer in charge.

P/F 110mm internal dia PVC pipe as rain water pipe on walls of 6 kg. pressure with Bend, Elbow and Clamps complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer--in-Charge

Supply of 1st quality brick tiles 9"x 4 1/2"x 1 1/2" complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing gola 75x75 mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 10 mm and down gauge), including finishing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) as per standard design : In 75x75 mm deep chase

Providing and applying two coats of High Albedo paint having minimum Solar Reflective Index (SRI) 108 (with solar reflectance & thermal emittance tested as per ASTMC 1549 and ASTMC 1371 respectively), VOC less than 10 cc/gm. The coating thickness and the methodology of application shall be strctly as per manufacturer’s specifications and as approved by Engineer-in-Charge. Surface preparation includes cleaning with metal wire brush to remove all dust, fungus etc., washing with water all complete. The contractor shall give guarantee for the perfomance of SRI and also the durabitity of coating, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roofs of slabs byapplying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compoundconsisting of applying: (a) after surface preparation, first layer of slurry of cement @0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound@ 0.253 kg/sqm.(b) laying second layer of Fibre glass cloth when the first layer is still green. Overlaps of joints of fibre cloth should not be lessthan 10 cm.(c) third layer of 1.5 mm thickness consisting of slurry of cement@ 1.289 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound@ 0.670 kg/sqm and coarse sand @ 1.289 kg/sqm. This willbe allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed by water curing for48 hours. The entire treatment will be taken upto 30 cm onparapet wall and tucked into groove in parapet all around.(d) fourth and final layer of brick tiling with cement mortar (whichwill be paid for separately.For the purpose of measurement the entire treated surface will bemeasured.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning thesurface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping groundwithin 50 metres lead

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length (hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately). Providing and fixing 35mm thick phenol bounded factory manufactured solid flush door shutter ISI marked with both side commercial face in the existing chowkhat. The rate includes the cost of iron hinges, all necessary Aluminium fittings and painting two coats over one coat of primer after preparation of surface (special quality) complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
