Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1 :4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily.

Providing & fixing false ceiling at all heights with GRG (Glass Fibre Reinforced Gypsum) false ceiling tiles of Size 595x595 mm of approved texture, design and patterns having moisture content less than 2%, humidity resistance of 99%, NRC0.50 to 0.75 as per IS 8225:1987, Non combustible as per BS 476 (part 4)-1970 and light reflectance of 85% (minimum) to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on inter-locking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanised iron section of 0.33 mm thick (galvanized @ 120 gram per sqm including both sides) comprising of main-T runners of size 15x32 mm of length 3000 mm, cross - T of size 15x32 mm of length 1200 mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 15x32 mm of length 600 mm to form grid module of size 600 x 600 mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanised mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm) i.e. 50 mm long, 8 mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6 mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000 mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2 mm. Galvanised iron perimeter wall angle of size 24x24x0.40 mm of length 3000 mm to be fixed on periphery wall / partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450 mm center to center and 40 mm long dry wall wood screws. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawing and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length golden champ wood including two coats of paint and one coat of primer after preparation of surface (special quality) complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. Providing and fixing of kitchen cabinet below working shelves as per detail consists of chowkhats frame of golden champ wood of 2” x 2”section with suitable rebate of 1” x 1/2” on outer side for shutter. The shutters are to be provided with 19mm thick commercial board posted with synthetic adhesive with any approved colour lamination 1mm thick with lipping all around and fixed with chowkhat frame with alpha type piano hinges and screws etc. and provide with fancy handle and magentic catcher, The inside surface to be painted with two coats of special quality synthetic enamel paint after primer coat and preparation of surface The complete frame is to be fixed with iron hold fast, coners, straps etc. complete fixed in position to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and fixing 21” deep cupboard /cabinet consisting of 19mm thick commercial board and 6mm thick ply on back side, 1mm thick mica on the exposed surface and making shelves in cabinet. The rate further includes the cost of lipping, piano hinges, cupboard lock, screws, nails, 2 nos. fancy s.s handles, 2 nos. magnetic catchers, fevicol and painting two coats over one priming coat and preparation of surface on board and ply surface completely fixed in position as per the directions and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.(N.S.)
