Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with glass fibre matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufactured of density at 25°C, 0.87 - 0.89 kg/litre and viscocity 70 - 160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc., and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 350/300 N/5 cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 60/80N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane : 3 mm thick

Providing and laying water proofing coating using Single component acrylic polymer for cement based waterproof composite coating membrane. having three coats in which first Coat is primer coat containing 1 part waterproof composite coating membrane :2 part cement. Over primer coat the Geotextile fiber mesh of size 800 microns with total thickness of 900 to 1000 microns should be laid then further 2 coats 1 part waterproof composite coating membrane :1 part cement is laid in perpendicular direction to each other the joints/grooves may be filled using cement conrete of ratio1:1:2 complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 6'-0" golden champ wood jaffery on compound wall with frame of hard wood section 2” x 1.3/8” as horizontal member and vertical members fixed with hard wood and strips 4”x 3/8” @ 6” c/c on both faces sides faces of jaffery. The top of jaffery is to be covered with another strip of 2 x 1.3/8”. The complete panel is to fixed over existing wall and M.S. angle with iron nuts and bolts etc. The complete jaffery is to be painted with special quality over one coat of primer complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of plyboard consisting of 18 mm thick commercial ply(ISI marked) phenol bonded fixed with hard wood battens and gutties including the cost of necessary lipping screws, nails, fevicol complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. N.S

Providing and fixing stainless steel make oval shape drapery rod to be provided in the cabinet including s.s. brackets etc. complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 60 mm thick high density rubber moulded precast cement concrete paver block grey/ colored/ polished/ designer (manufactured by vibro hydraulic pressure process) consisting of design mix of cement, sand and fine aggregate having designation M35 ISI marked including the cost of good quality color and hardening agents. The paver should be compiled with tensile strength and breaking load as per BIS 6717-1993 and shall be tested against resistance to bear as per IS 1237-1980 (specification for cement concrete floor tiles). The paver should be laid over layer of 50mm average thick sand to the required slope and requirement complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.
