Chipping of unsound/ weak concrete material from slabs, beams, columns, etc. upto the height of 15 m with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. (25mm average thickness) (N.S.)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more (As per DSR 5.22A.6)

Providing & fixing slit window shutter inner cover consisting of 25mm thick phenol bonded board including all necessary aluminium fitting i.e 2 nos tower bolt size 150 mm and 125mm one no door handle and 2 nos brass pivot two coats of special quality paint over one coat of primer complete in all respect to the the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge. (N.S.)

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty:Float glass panes of nominal thickness 5 mm (weight not less than 12.5kg/sqm) (As per DSR 14.5.2)

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) :Polyester powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of polyester powder coating 50 micron) (As per DSR 21.1.1.3)

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick pre-laminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS: 12823 Grade l Type ll, in paneling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer-in-charge. (As per DSR 21.2.2)

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item) (As per DSR 21.3.2)

Providing and fixing aluminium sliding door bolts, ISI marked anodised anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868), transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with nuts and screws etc. complete :300x16 mm (As per DSR 9.96.1)

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868 ) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete :200x10 mm (As per DSR 9.97.3)

Providing and fixing aluminium hanging floor door stopper, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not les s than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour and shade, with necessary screws etc. complete.Twin rubber stopper (As per DSR 9.101.2)

Providing and fixing aluminium handles, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete : 125 mm (As per DSR 9.100.1)

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead. (As per DSR 15.56)

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge. (As per DSR 15.3)

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved. (As per DSR 15.60)

Providing and injecting approved grout in proportion recommended by the manufacturer into cracks/honey-comb area of concrete/masonry by suitable gun/pump at required pressure including cutting of nipples after curing etc. complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. (The payment shall be made on the basis of actual weight of approved grout injected.) (As per DSR 26.35.3)
