Providing and fixing modular kitchen with cabinet made out of 18 mm thick HDHMR board machine made. The HDHMR board of 8 feet by 4 feet should weight noT less than 46kg. The edges of cabinet is to be fixed with PVC edge bend of 0.8mm thick with adhesive (hot melt). The complete box shall be assembled with mini fix Handleless Profiles of should be machine fitted (Built -in) into the cabinets. It further includes the cost of 4 nos legs 4” high with load capacity of 200kg per leg). The cost also includes PVC skirting 12mm thick in front of cabinet bottom. This cost also includes the front shutter made out of 18mm thick HDHMR exterior grade board with both side PU Painted. The shutter should have 4 side PVC edge bend 2mm thick fixed with adhesive (hot melt). All these should be complete as per drawings supplied by the consultant and need to be verified by the consultant and the Engineer- in charge

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and laying anti skid vitrified floor tiles of Size 600x600 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.
