Providing and fixing 15 to 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels. Structural Steel:- Supplying, Providing, Fabricating, Assembling, hoisting, erecting and placing in position MS Built-up section/Tubular Structure ( MS built-up section :-Rolled section & plates confirming to IS 2062 Grade Yst 350 MPA,Tubular Structure:- made from Steel hollow sections, ISI marked from SAIL / TATA/JINDAL or Equivalent Grade conforming to IS 1161/4923/1239, Minimum Yst 240 MPA ) in the profile shape as per drawings with special plate connector, pinion joints, Plates, hollow sections etc. Column will be of 100mm Dia pipe with spacing of 10’ maximum and truss will be 75mm Dia Pipe including Preparation of detailed fabrication and erection drawings of Structural steel work from design drawings, Transportation from fabrication yard, cutting, threading, machining, leads and lifts upto all heights, tools and plants and necessary scaffolding etc. Required for all operations involved to make structure of Tensile Membrane shade. The structure has to be provided as per conceptual drawings of Tensile fabric profile , including all arch beam, curved lateral beams and bracings, vertical support columns, nodal joints. The complete structure to be with one coat of epoxy zinc primer and two coats of Polyurethane paint on steel work at all locations prepared by Surface Preparation shot blast clean to Sa 2.5 as per ISO 850 1.1/BS/7079: A1 with the range 50-75 & required minimum 310 micron DFT (dry film thickness) for each coat as specified in particular specification. Tensile fabric: Providing, fabricating, assembling and erection of prestressed Tensile Membrane Fabric structure in desired profile including fabric designing and seaming as per conceptual drawing. The fabric max tensile strength warp/weft 6000 / 5500. This work shall include raw material, patterning, forming, cutting, welding, fixing and installation with GI cables, flashing, hot dipped galvanized e Corner Plates and hardware with EN8 grade 8.8 - HDG etc. including lifts up to all heights, tools and plants, and necessary scaffolding etc. to the entire satisfication of engineer in charge.
