Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of Transformer differential protection relay (Communicable type with IEC 61850 SCADA competitive) Material rate = 148538.40 Labour charges = 11210 Total 148538.40+ 11210 = 159748.40 (labour charges with erection, testing, commissioning and retrofitting of relays on the existing C&R panels, rates including providing copper wire 2.5mm, copper lugs, ferrules, tie & bakelite sheets for complete installation of the relay as required at site) Note for whole BOQ: 1.The bidder / firm should quote rates in the percentage in the BOQ only. 2.The rates are inclusive of GST, Cess and all other taxes and No tax /GST/duties/levies what so ever shall be paid extra. 3.The rates quoted in the percentage rate BOQ as prescribed by E-Tendering portal shall be considered final and conclusive. Further labour welfare cess / TDS will be deducated from the contractor bill as applicable. 4.Rates and any other financial entity in any other form other than BOQ i.e. letter head attached incorporated by bidder shall be straight way ignored and shall not be considered as prescribed in DNIT.
