15 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) (DSR 13.2.1)

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :a New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqmover and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Pointing on brick work or brick flooring with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand):Flush / Ruled/ Struck or weathered pointing

Providing and fixing of M.S. angle iron frame of size 5’-4-1/2” x 2’-6” (for fixing of IRC fabric) having outer frame made out of angle iron of size 40 x 40 x 6mm M.S. flat 20 x 3mm as beading to hold the IRC fabric in position. The M.S. frame is welded to box type vertical post with two no M.S. ring of 3” dia made out of M.S. flat 40 x 5mm. The vertical box post of 3’-4.1/2” long made out with 2 no M.S. angle iron of size 40 x 40 x 6mm welded to each other having 6” long hold fast of the same material at bottom are grouted on the top of boundry wall in PCC 1:2:4 of size 9” x 9” x 9”after making recess in existing boundary wall. 4” long M.S. pieces having sharpened edged made out of M.S. flat 40 x 5mm are welded to the top member of the frame @ 3” c/c. It also includes the cost of two coats of first quality black paint (of duly approved brand) over one coat of steel primer as per as per Drg first no 309 Job no M - 16 complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Provinding and fixing IRC 3" x 1" of 3mm gauge over exiting M.S. Angle - iron frame with electric flash welding including painting two coats one coat primer complete in all respect entire satisfactions of Engineer - in - Charges

Providing and fixing 60 mm thick high density rubber moulded precast polished / designer cement concrete paver blocks ( Manufactured by vibro hydraulic pressure process ) having wearing layer of 6mm to 8mm thick with Cement and fine aggregate / marble powder mix ratio 3:1 under layer consisting of design mix of cement, sand and fine aggregate having designation M-30 Including best quality of colour and hardening agent. The interlocking paver should be cured and finished to precast concrete block as per B.S:6712-1993 a paver shall be tested against resistance to bear as per IS:1237-1980 laid in required colour and pattern over and including 25mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Fixing manufactured precast concrete Kerb of size 300 x 300 mm having 100 mm thickness duly vibrated mechanically and compacted made of P.C.C 1: 2 : 4 duly cured and finished. The rate further include filling of joints between Kerb with cement morter 1 : 2 Complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
