Demolishing R.C.C. work by mechanical means and stockpiling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of 1 kilometre, stacking serviceable and unserviceable material separately including cutting reinforcement bars. DSR No.15.58

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved. Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. Note:- (1) The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. (2) The payment will be made once only for execution of all items for such works. DSR No.24.2

Repair of detiorarted RCC Surface having exposed rusted consisting of following operation a) Chipping of concrete surfaced 25mm thick average depth afterwards removal of loose concrete and exposing the steel bars. Cleaning the surface properly to remove dust particles and rust from the steel bars. Complete in all respect ot the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. b) Moistening the surface properly and applying arcylic polymer (acrocrete/pidilite/master crete) coating mixing with cement for proper bonding of old and new concrete in two coats @ 0.20 kg Polymer per 1 Kg cement c)providing and fixing Fibre mesh with steel reinforcement by using binding wire and nails. Complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-incharge. d) Placing of cement concrete 1:1: 1/2:3 having thicknesss (3/4" to 1.1/4") mixed with acrylic polymer admixture @ 1 kg per bag of cement average thickness 1.. Complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of engineer-in-charge. NS

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 0.5mm of approved brand and manufacture over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smoothing complete.NS

Renewing glass panes, with Silicone sealant wherever necessary including racking out the old putty: Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm) NS
