Providing water prooting treatment by laying one coat of primer and two coats of AP smartcare dampproof 1048 or equivalent brand/manufacturer and qualityat terrace horizontal surface after cleaning the surface with wire brush, washing the surface then filling the cracks with repair polymer and cement then dampproofing with with 30% water as primer and sealing of joints with joint tape. then perpendicular coat of dampproofing without adding water and then 2nd coat of dampproofing for the final touch,(atleast 4-6 hours interval between two coats)complete in all respect and to the entire satistaction of Engineer-in-charge . Work has to executed according to specifications and procedure mentioned below. Surface Preparation: RCC Surfaces must be clean, even and sound concrete. Remove all oil, dirt, laitance, .Crack treatment: Cutting and opening cracks to a depth of 10 mmx10 mm in V or U shape by mechanical means. Cleaning all the dirt and loose particles by airpressure and wetting crack to attain SSD condition. filling the crack using latex modified cement mortar..Bore Packing : Use bonding agent over pipe and Internal side of concrete followed by filling high strength non shrink grout for a gap of up to 20mm (between pipe and concrete) before treating the surface with Waterproofing layer.Waterproof coating : Providing and applying self priming coat of liquid applied membrane by diluting 30% with water and let it dry for 4-6 hrs. Then apply 2 coats of waterproofing treatment (must be applied by co. authorized applicator) in a gap of 4-6 hrs. N.S

Regrading terracing of mud phaska covered with tiles or brick, in cement mortar by dismantling tiles or bricks, removing mud plaster, preparing the surface of mud phaska to proper slope, relaying mud plaster gobri leaping and tiles or bricks, grouted in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand), including replacing unserviceable tiles or bricks with new ones and disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground (the cost of the new tiles or brick excluded), all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.(DSR 14.13)
