Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineerin-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. Note: - This item to be used for maintenance work judicially, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done. DSR No.14.72

Cleaning of the existing concrete surface including the removal of dirt, dust, grease, paint and other micro-biological material with the help of Nano fluids Beechem or Karcher RM 69 or equivalent using steam cleaning machines. The cleaning is to be done by high pressure jet cleaner, hot steam or hot water (using optimum pressure) as per site requirement and adding the required amount of chemical as per manufacturer specification, without causing any damage to the concrete surface. The cleaning shall be done maximum 04 times for hard stains.. The work further includes the repair work with epoxy to the concrete surface by pressure or injection grouting, as per site requirement, (to match the shade of the existing concrete), Material for Epoxy, primers shall be of of Pidilite / Hillti / Fosroc / Sika/ Choksey. The work also includes application of water repellant chemical Fosroc Nitocote WallGuard/ MasterProtect(R) H 1100 (BASF) or Sikagard-72 W or SIVO 121 or Wacker BS 290 Silane - Siloxanes (as per manufacturers specifications) to the concrete surface to act as water repellent and antifungal to be executed at all heights with good quality machines for effective and uniform application of the chemical. The water repellent shall not react with the concrete surface and decolor the surface. The agency will also be required to carry out required repairs to the expansion joints in the building, by providing expansion joint material like PVC , polysulphide, EPDM treatment as per site requirment.The agency shall also remove wild growth of plants and shall carry out spray of heeng / asafetida to stop regrowth of plants, make provision for spouts for proper drainage of water, remove bee hives. Any other work as required at site for the restoration work, complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. (N.S)

Repair of detiorarted RCC Surface having exposed rusted reinforcement consisting of following operation a) Chipping of concrete surfaced 25mm thick average depth afterwards removal of loose concrete and exposing the steel bars. Cleaning the surface properly to remove dust particles and rust from the steel bars. Complete in all respect ot the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. b) Moistening the surface properly and applying arcylic polymer (acrocrete/pidilite/master crete) coating mixing with cement for proper bonding of old and new concrete in two coats @ 0.20 kg Polymer per 1 Kg cement c)providing and fixing MS wire mesh by using binding wire and nails. Complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-incharge. d) Placing of cement concrete 1:1.5:3 having thicknesss (3/4" to 1.1/4") mixed with acrylic polymer admixture @ 1 kg per bag of cement . Complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of engineer-in-charge. NS
