Dismantling of Existing M.S. Flat Railing of size 6'-0" X 3'-6" embedded in Cement Concrete block complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-charge. (NS)

Providing and Fixing of M.S. Flat Railing 9'-10 ½" long and 6'-3" high ( 4'-9" above ground level and 1'-6" in ground) consisting of 2 No. vertical member made out of M.S. channel 125 x 65 x 6mm with 0'-9" long anchorage piece welded at bottom embedded in cement concrete block 1:2:4 of size 1'-6"x1'-6"x1'-6" in ground. The frame of railing consist of 2 Nos. top & bottom horizontal member as MS angle 65mmx65mmx6mm. The railing panel having vertical members of MS flat 50 mm x 6mm of 4'-4" height @ 6 ¼" & 3" spacing alternately and 6" high vertical rectangular spikes and @ 6 ¼" long horizontal members at top and bottom in between vertical members and welded alternatively at top. The M.S. Flat 50x6 mm are welded to each other with 12mm Dia long bar by making hole at the center of the each vertical member. The rate further including the cost of 2 Nos. 12mm dia nut, bolt and washers with 3" long sleeve of G.I. pipe 19mm dia for fixing of vertical members of railing panel to each other above the ground level, finished with two coats paint over one coat of metal primer (special quality) complete in all respects. Providing and fixing of cautionary sign board of size 90 x90x 90cm equilateral triangle (corner rounded off) consisting of ACP sheet 2mm thick. The retro reflective high intensity Type IV sheet will be provided on the base of sign plate and definition plate having size 600 x 300 mm. Red reflective border 65 mm wide shall also fixed on sign plate and black reflective shall be used as sign on sign plate and lettering on the definition plate. Both sign plate and definition plate are fixed over MS angle frame of size 25X25X3mm which is further fixed/welded on 3650 mm High vertical post of M.S. Angle iron 65 x65 x 5mm with anchorage piece of same angle of size 300mm long Embedded in C.C. 1:2:4 in the block of 300 x300x 450 complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
