Providing and fixing of informatory board of size 1200mm x 900mm consisting of 3mm thick ACP sheet fully reflectorised by laminating high intensity microprismatic sheet Type-IV (HIP) with clear overlay of computerized echo printing including signs and lettering in different colours and cutting fixed on one side of the MS frame and other side of the frame to be provided with 3mm thick ACP sheet with the help of rivets. The rectangular frame of size 1200mm x 900mm shall be made out of rectangular hollow pipe section (with two nos. horizontal and 03 nos. vertical support on equal interval) of size 78mm x 38mm, 02 Nos. legs of 80mm OD M.S. pipe of length 10' long with enchorage of 9" long 75mm x 6mm MS flat at the bottom of the legs and 4 Nos. M.S. flat 3" long of size 75mm x 10mm for supporting the frame with legs. The board shall be embedded in CC 1:2:4 block of size 45cmx45cmx45cm. The rate further include the cost of painting two or more coats of special quality paint including priming coat and preparation of surface complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Manufacturing ,supplying and fixing retro reflective mandatory sign boards consisting of 600 mm Dia sign boards and definition plate of Size 600x230mm made up of 3mm thick ACP sheet,rivted with 25x25x3mm angle iron frame, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other color combination including subject matter, message ,symbols and borders etc. as per IRC ; 67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class -2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and welding the same with 3660mm high vertical post of M.S. angles of size 50x50x5 mm welded with hold fast of same size 225 mm long at the bottom end to be embedded in ground with cement concrete 1:2:4 block of size 300 x 300 x 450mm. The plate is to be processed by stove enamel paint of approved brand and painting white and black color alternate bands of 300mm long over one coat of priming coat to vertical post and steel work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade and of approved brand & manufacture over priming coat, complete in all respects and to be entire specification of Engineer—in charge (NS)
