Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with glass fibre matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufactured of density at 25°C, 0.87 - 0.89 kg/litre and viscocity 70 - 160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc., and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 350/300 N/5 cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 60/80N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane : 3 mm thick

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Dismantling of ceramic tiles and plaster to making the surface clean for refixing the glazed tiles including removing of malba complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing 8mm thick wooden laminated floor (Make PERGO) class of use 31/23 having wear resistance level of AC-3 as per EN-13329 with a direct pressure laminate surface including profile, treated with aluminium side, flooring of approved colour and shade complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and Fixing 35mm thick second class teak wood (kiln seasoned) panel door shutter consisting of 100mm x 35 mm style and top rail 150 mm x 35 mm lock rail 200mm x 35 mm bottom rail wire mesh 22 x 12 mm gauge fixed with 1/2” x 3/4” teak wood (kiln seasoned) beading, with necessary 4 Nos. of hinges, SS Tower bolts, SS Handles 5”, SS sliding bolt and complete fixed in position complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 35mm thick second class teak wood (kiln seasoned) wire guage window shutters consisting of vertical and horizontal styles 75x35mm size with wire mesh 22 x 12 mm gauge fixed with 1/2"x3/4" wood (kiln seasoned) beading. The rate further includes the cost of 3" butt hinges SS tower bolts 4", SS handles 2 nos. I-hook and two coats of french polish complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 35mm thick teak wood glazed window shutter with vertical style & rails 75mm thick & 4mm thick float glass fixed with 1/2” x 3/4” beading and including 2 Nos. of 3” brass hinges ISI marked uncluding french polish complete in all respect and to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 35mm thick teak wood wire guage door shutter consisting of 100mm x 35mm style and top rail 150mm x 35mm lock rail 200mm x 35mm bottom rail wire mesh 22 x 12mm gauge fixed with 1/2" x 3/4" teak wood beading including french polish complete fixed in position complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 2-0” deep cupboard /cabinet consisting of 19mm thick commercial board and 6mm thick ply on back side, 4mm thick teak ply pated on the exposed surface and making shelves in cabinet, 0.8mm thick superior quality sunmica of inner side. The rate further includes the cost of lipping piano hinges, , cupboard lock, screws, nails, 2 nos. fancy s.s. handles, 2 nos. magnetic catchers, fevicol and paintingtwo coats over one priming coat and preparation of surface on board and ply surface and spirit polishing on teak ply complete in position to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 2' deep cabinet/Cabinet under shelve made out with 19mm thick commercial ISI marked board and front portion of the cabinet furnished with 1mm thick superior quality sunmica of outer side and 0.8mm thick sunmica inner side of the cabinet for fixing the kitchen accessories and jack at bottom, synthetic enamel paint over the remaining portion. It is also include the cost of spirit polishing on the edge of the lipping, cost of stainless steel handle, adhesive, nail, screws etc. complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing golden champ wood jaffery on compound wall with frame of hard wood section 2” x 1.3/8” as horizontal member and vertical members fixed with hard wood and strips 4”x 3/8” @ 6” c/c on both faces sides faces of jaffery.
