DSR 14.16 Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.. direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.

S/E of 18Watt./20Watt. 4’ long LED tube rod made of polycarbonate material should be installed in existing LED fitting base only. The make of LED tube rod should be same of existing LED fitting i.e. Philips/ Wipro/ Bajaj/ Crompton/ Havells/ Trilux/ Panasonic/ Lighting Technologies make only. The job includes cost of carriage, erection, testing and commissioning of the LED tube rod etc. as required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer In Charge.(Please refer DNIT for complete specification of item no.4)

S/E of LED box type fittings made of CRCA Sheet with 1 No. LED tube rod. The fittings should be installed on surface with the help of rawl plug and screws etc. The LED tube rod and batten for housing the same should be of Philips/ Wipro/ Bajaj/ Havells/ Crompton/ Trilux/ Lighting Technologies/ Panasonic only. The job includes the cost of testing, commissioning and making connection with 3 x 1.5 Sq.mm copper wire from adjacent light point, other petty material and labour etc. as required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.(Please refer DNIT for complete specification of item no.5)

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 1400 mm sweep (Maximum wattage upto 35W), BEE 5 star rated, ceiling fan with Brush Less Direct Current (BLDC) Motor, class of insulation: B, 3 nos. blades, 30 cm long down rod, 2 nos. canopies, shackle kit, safety rope, copper winding, Power Factor not less than 0.9, Service Value (CM/M/W) minimum 7.42, Air delivery minimum 245 CMM, 300 RPM (tolerance as per IS : 374-2019), THD less than 10%, complete with OEM designed electronic regulator unit for speed control in various steps as per BIS (proof shall be submitted alongwith fan before installation at site) and all remaining accessories including safety pin, nut bolts, washers, temperature rise=75 degree C (max.), insulation resistance more than 2 mega ohm, suitable for 230 V, 50 Hz, single phase AC Supply, earthing etc. complete as required. The fan should be of Havells/ Atomberg / Bajaj/ Crompton make only.

S/E of High-Power LED Flood light luminaries with PC diffused lens enclosure over LED. The fitting should be of Philips/ Bajaj/ Wipro/ Crompton/ Surya/ Havells/ Panasonic/ Trilux/ Jaquar/ Lighting Technologies make only. The fitting should be installed on wall / existing pole upto 16 Mtr. Long with the help of hydraulic ladder / Crain with bucket which shall be arranged by the firm at his own cost. The job includes the cost of testing, commissioning and making connection with 3x1.5 sq.mm copper wire from existing Junction box, other petty material and labour etc. as required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.(Please refer DNIT for complete specification of item no.7)

Supply and erection of MS bracket F type suitable size and suitable shape made form 40mm x 40mm x 5mm thick angle iron to be installed on exiting parapet/ wall with help of suitable size of nuts and bolts etc. for erection of existing LED flood light fittings. The job also includes the cost of painting of box with superior quality of paint and other petty material etc as per required to complete the job.

S/E of LED street light fittings luminaries of Philips / Bajaj / Wipro/ Surya/ Crompton/ Havells/ Panasonic/Jaquar / Lighting Technologies/ Trilux make only. The fitting should be installed on existing pole upto 16 Mtr. Long with the help of hydraulic ladder / Crain with bucket which shall be arranged by the firm at his own cost. The job includes the cost of testing, commissioning and making connection with 3x1.5 sq.mm copper wire from existing Junction box, other petty material and labour etc. as required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.(Please refer DNIT for complete specification of item no.9)

Supply and laying of XLPE insulated PVC sheathed Aluminum conductor armoured cable of 1.1 KV grade as per IS 7098 (Part-I) 1988 (amended up to date) of the following sizes to be laid in existing Trench/Ducts/Cable Tray/ RCC/ HUME/ METAL/ DWC pipe / on surface with the help of MS clamps of suitable size/ as required at site to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. The job includes labour charges of laying the cable and making connections with suitable size aluminum lugs/thimbles etc. The cable shall be of Polycab / Havells / R.R. Kabel/ KEI/ Finolex make only.

Painting of existing street light MS poles of following height/ length at site. The painting job should be done after preparation of surface with the application of sand paper etc and then the pole should be painted with aluminium paint of superior quality in two coats after applying one coat of primer. The job including for all type of labour, material, paint, ladder/ Hydraulic Crane with bucket and T&P as required at site to complete the job. The primer and paint should be of Asian Paint/ Nerolac/ Berger/ Akzo Nobel make only

Supply & fixing of OEM made Junction box IP-66/67 made out of Polycarbonate with Glass fiber reinforced of size 210x155x90 (minimum) with 5 nos. OEM made connectors/ terminal blocks. The Jn. Box and connectors/ terminal blocks should be supplied by OEM. The terminal blocks/ connectors should be of Hensel/ Wago/ Elmax/ Siemens make only and junction box shall be of Hensel make KF-1616 G or its equivalent Clipsal/ Legrand/ Rittal/ Schneider/ ABB make only. The Junction box shall be fire retardant and self-extinguishing. The gasket material shall be polyurethane and the gasket shall be internally embedded. The job includes the cost of cable glands for cable entry, mounting kit for pipe and post installation, fixing screw, all labour and petty material required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge of work.

Supply and Erection of LED Post Top Lantern fittings made of cast aluminium housing with power to be mounted on directly on inbuilt Heat sinks. A UV stabilized PC/PMMA clear diffuser is provided for Glare Free Lighting with high visual comfort to complete with Electronic LED Driver Power supply & related accessories with the following specifications to be installed on existing pole with the help of ladder if required which shall be arranged by the firm at his own cost. The fitting should be of Philips make BGP 200 LED45 CW PSU GR CPC SPD/ Wipro make LP 07-501-XXX-57-CL (45 W.)/ Bajaj make BGCTN 45W. LED WH/ Havells make RUBYPT 45 WLED 757PSYMTOPC/ Crompton make LPTO-40- CDL/ Surya make ETPP SLE PT 40W. / Twinkle make LUXMAX-PT-153-C- 40W. or its equivalent Jaquar/ Trilux/ Panasonic/ Lighting Technologies make only.The work should be done to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.(Please refer DNIT for complete specification of item no.14)

Supply & Laying of PVC insulated sheathed aluminium conductor un armored cable 10 mm. sq. 2 core flat with 8 SWG G.I. earth wire on existing surface with suitable clamps / hanger etc. including making connection and petty material etc. as required. The cable should be of Polycab/ Havells/ RR Kabel/ KEI/ Finolex make only.
