Supply and erection of stay set complete for 11KV line comprising S/E of following items, per job. Drawing attached at Page No. of the DNIT. i. S/E of MS rod 19/20 mm sq. Dia, 31 inch long having threading on one side 30 cm and hook on other side as per standard design of the depatt. ii. S/E of Anchor made of MS Channel iron100x50x6mm of 2 ft long iii. S/E of MS elbow of MS round 16 mm dia 60 cm with hooks welded with MS channel iron size 75 x 40 x 6 mm x 8 inch long. iv. S/E of MS Nuts for stay rod v. S/E of MS clamps made out of MS flats of size 50 x 6 mm vi. S/E of disc insulators of 45 KN capacity along with fitting to be provided in stay wire. vii. S/E of MS stay wire of size 7/10 SWG. viii. Supply and erection of Hot dip galvanized steel wire of GSL 8 SWG 4mm dia for earthing wire and confirming to IS: 7887/1975 or latest version thereof if any heavily coated as per IS: 4826 / 1979 with latest amendment if any. Technical specification attached at P.No.- 44-45

Erection, testing and commissioing of 100 KVA Pole Mounting Transformer on Platform including loading/unloading/transportation and making all HT/LT connection complete in all respect as required at site.

Supply and Erection of 11KV 400 Amp, Triple Pole, Outdoor, Vertical mounted gang operated switch single vertical brake three, insulator per pole tilting type blade with copper flexible connecting links and arcing; horns etc with 32mm nominal dia round type as face coupler GI pipe, MS-Box channel 75x40mm, two angle iron pieces not less than 1850mm in length and made out of MS angle iron of size 50x50x5mm. It shall be completed with gang operated handle workable from 1.20 Mts. From ground level with pad locking arrangement both in “OFF” and “ON” positions. The female contact shall be of box spring type. The post insulator shall confirm to IS:2544/73 and 5350 (Part-H1) 1971 or latest version thereof. Supply and erection of 9 KV, 5KA Static class heavy rating, gap less, metal (zinc) oxide lightening Arrestor on ‘H’ Pole structure and 4 Pole structure complete along with MS-clamps, complete fitting and accessories for OLD installation, conforming to IS: 2629, 2633, 5621, 3070 (Part-III), duly supported with MS flat 50x6mm clamps with required size of nuts and bolts etc. The lightening arrestor shall be independently earthed complete in all respect with existing earth as required. (Technical Specification attached at page no. 46-48 of the DNIT.)

Supply & Erection of earthing for Distribution T/F including excavation of pit 4.5Mts. deep with G.I. earthing plate of size 600X600X6mm and surrounded by 65 kg charcoal erry and 5kg salt mixed in alternate layer and stay wire 7/10swg duly crimped with thimble on one side to plate and other side to T/F neutral through perforated GI pipe 20mm dia. In ground and conduit pipe of size 20mm x 4.5mtr along the structure and complete in all respect. Drawing attached at Page No.59 of the DNIT.

Supply and erection of low tension shunt capacitor 12.5 KVAR confirming to IS:13340/1983reaffirmed 1998 ISS 13340-41 IS 12672/1992 &IS 13341/1992 suitable for 100KVA O/D P/M T/F on secondary site with S/E of 63 amp MCP with isolator switch. (Including Enclosure attached with DNIT.)

Supply, Transportation, Laying & Testing & Commissioning of HT 3.5 x 50 mm sq cable in following manner:- i) S/E of 11KV 3x50mm2 XLPE insulated armoured power cable standard aluminium conductor sheathed with extruded semi conduction compound cross linked polyethylene insulated laid up inner sheathed of extruded PVC single layer of galvinsed steel wire armoured and PVC sheathed over all suitable for 11KV (earthed) cable to IS 7097(Part-II) 1985 with upto date amendments and of make Havells/KEI/CCI/Polycab and erection of cable along the pole including cost of all material required to complete the job in all respect as required at site=30 Mtrs ii) S/E of 11KV 3x50mm2 XLPE insulated armoured power cable standard aluminium conductor sheathed with extruded semi conduction compound cross linked polyethylene insulated laid up inner sheathed of extruded PVC single layer of galvinsed steel wire armoured and PVC sheathed over all suitable for 11KV (earthed) cable to IS 7097(Part-II) 1985 with upto date amendments and of make Havells/KEI/CCI/Polycab and laying of 11KV 3x50mm2 XLPE cable 90cm below road by trenchless technique including supply of HDPE pipe 6Kg pressure having outer dia 110cm deep from the ground level=120 Mtrs

Note: All rates offered by bidder should be inclusive of all taxes. 1.The bidder/firm should quote rates in the percentage in the BOQ only. 2. No tax/GST/ duties/levies what so ever shall be paid extra. 3.The rates quoted in the percentage rate BOQ as prescribed by e-tendering portal shall be considered final and conclusive. Further labour welfare cess /TDS will be deducted from the contractor bill as applicable. 4. Rates and any other financial entity in any other form other than BOQ i.e. letter head attached in corporated by bidder shall be straight way ignored and shall not be considered as prescribed in DNIT.
