Supply and Erection of B.L Holder on the existing junction box/ wooden block including making the connection etc as required. The job includes the all labour and petty material charges required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of E.I.C. of work.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 1400 mm sweep (maximum wattage upto 35W), BEE 5 star rated, ceiling fan with Brush Less Direct Current (BLDC) Motor, class of insulation: B, 3 nos. blades, 30 cm long down rod, 2 nos. canopies, shackle kit, safety rope, copper winding, Power Factor not less than 0.9, Service Value (CM/M/W) minimum 7.42, Air delivery minimum 245 CMM, 300 RPM (tolerance as per IS : 374-2019), THD less than 10%, OEM designed electronic regulator unit for speed control in various steps as per BIS (proof shall be submitted alongwith fan before installation at site) and all remaining accessories including safety pin, nut bolts, washers, temperature rise=75 degree C (max.), insulation resistance more than 2 mega ohm, suitable for 230 V, 50 Hz, single phase AC Supply, earthing etc. complete as required. The fan should be of Havells/ Atomberg/ Bajaj/ Crompton/ Orient/ Usha make only.

Supply & erection of Exhaust Fan (heavy duty motor with copper wound metallic body) following size complete with motor, metallic blades, double ball bearing with minimum power consumption, rigid frame with rubber mounting for silent operation, epoxy powder coating along with metallic louver to be installed in the existing opening including cost of making the hole to suit the size of above fan making good the damage, Carriage Charges connection, testing, commissioning etc. as required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of EIC.

Size 15 inches (380mm) Sweep, 900 RPM Heavy Duty Exhaust fan (Single Phase) with louver of Havells make (Turbo Force SP)/ Crompton make (EXHD380-6-1)/ Bajaj make (Supreme DLX)/ Orient make (Industrial Heavy Duty)/ Usha Make (Turbo HDEF900RPM) make only.

Supply & Erection of 1’x4’ approx. long Surface Type LED Luminaries complete in all respect to be installed on existing surface with the help of rawl plug & screws etc. The fitting should be Philips / Bajaj / Wipro / Crompton / Surya / Jaguar / Panasonic / Havells / Lighting Technologies / Trilux make only. The job includes the cost of testing, commissioning and making connection with 3x1.5 sq. mm copper wire from adjacent light point, other petty material and labour etc. as required to complete the same to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge as per DNIt Item No.10.

Supply & Erection of 3 mm thick white glazed bakelite sheet on existing M.S. box. The job includes the cost of sheet and making holes & cutting and fixing with screws as required to complete the job.
