Providing and fixing M.S. IRC fencingconsisting of 40 x 40 x 6 mm angle iron frame with 20 x 5 flat beading. The vent has also to be provided with 10 gauge IRC of size 1" x 1" Fabric with the help of T- Iron and M.S. beading and diagonal support (as per design) of 30 x 5 mm flat, The rate also included the cost of hold fast 4", two coats of special quality paint over one coat priming embedded in CC 1:2:4 block of size 9"x9"x12" complete to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge. With cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand)

Providing and fixing golden champ wood chowkhat (kiln seasoned) 4 1/2" x 2 1/4"including cost of corner straps, iron hold fasts, hinges, screws,nails, fevicol etc. and painting two coats of wood preserver to sides of chowkhats. Rate includes the cost of dismantling of all damaged chowkhats and making good the damage to walls plaster and floors as required including, refixing of grills, disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground the rate further includes the cost of painting two coats synthetic enamel paint over one coat of wood primer complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 35mm thick phenol bounded factory manufactured solid flush door shutter ISI marked with both side commercial face in the existing chowkhat. The rate includes the cost of Alum hinges, all necessary Alum fittings and painting two coats over one coat of primer after preparation of surface (special quality) complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair of deteriorated RCC Balconies, Beams, Walls, Ceiling, Column or other concrete surface having exposed rusted bars consisting of following operations (a) chipping of concrete surface 25mm thick average depth afterwards remocal of loose concrete and exposing the steel bars. Cleaning the surface properly to remove dust particles and rust from the steel bars. (b) Moistening the surface properly and applying arcylic polymer (acrocrete/ pidilite/mastercrete or its equivalent) coating mixed with cement for proper bonding of old and new concrete in two coats 0.2kg per 1kg of cement. (c) Providing and fixing chicken mesh of standard size and 26 guage with steel reinforcement by using binding wire and nails complete. (d) Proving and placing of cement concrete 1:11/2:3 having average thickness 1" (3/4" to 11/4" thick) mixed with acrylic polymer admixture @ 1kg per bag of cement and waterproof agent @ 400ml per 2 bags of cement including finishing the surface complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in- Charge

Providing and fixing of cupboard shutter consisting of 19mm thick commercial board with lipping all around and fixed with chowkhat frame with piano hinges and screws etc. and provide with Alum. handle (with base plate) and magnetic catcher. The board surface is to be painted with two coats of special quality synthetic enamel paint after primer coat and preparation of surface, complete frame is to be fixed with iron nails etc. complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing of cupboard shelves consisting of 19mm thick commercial ply (ISI marked) phenol bonded fixed with hard wood battens and gutties including the cost of necessary lipping screws nails feviclos and two coats of special quality paint over one coat of primer after preparation of surface complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing 35mm thick golden champ wood (kiln seasoned) glazed window shutters consisting of vertical and horizontal styles 75x35mm size with 4mm thick floated glass pane fixed with 1/2"x3/4" golden champ wood (kiln seasoned) beading. The rate further includes the cost of 3" butt hinges, 4" tower bolts aluminium(ISI marked) 2 nos, 4" handles aluminium(ISI marked) 2 nos. I-hook aluminium(ISI marked)and two coats of special quality enamel paint over coat of primer after preparation of surface (special quality) complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing wire mesh 12x22 guage over fixed portion or wire mesh shutter including the cost of nails, putty etc. complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 4mm thick plain glass panes with beading when required over existing chowkhat or glazed shutter including the cost of nails, putty etc. complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

P/F 110mm internal dia PVC pipe as rain water pipe on walls of 6 kg. /sqm. pressure with Bend, Elbow and Clamps complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer--in-Charge

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Providing and fixing ISI marked aluminium butt hinges anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS: 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc. complete:125x75x4 mm

Providing and fixing aluminium sliding door bolts, ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868), transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with nuts and screws etc. complete :250x16 mm

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868 ) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete :200x10 mm

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ltr., of approved brand and manufacturer, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour. Old work (One or more coats)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : Old work (One or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm).

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Providing, applying and filling with cement based putty (Birla, JK or equivalent) to the required finish complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineerin- charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.

Providing and fixing IRC welded mesh of size 25mm x 25mm in exisitng M.S. frame including cost of cutting welding and painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of metal primer complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.
