Earth work in Excavation Excavation for road work in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location with in all lifts and lead up to 1000 m. N.S. item.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting granular sub base material 200 mm thick compacted of nature sand, morrum, gravel crushed stone or combination thereof as per MORTH & H specification conforming to clause 401 coarse grade grading - II as per table 400.2 of MORHT & H specifications, including spreading on the prepared Sub Grade with the help of motor Grade or adequate capacity maintain the requited slope and grade during operation, rolling with road roller 8 - 10 tone with the grade and cross fall (Camber) to be checked and any high spot or depressing which become apparent corrected by removing or adding fresh material, including cost of tool and plant, carriage of material from stack, templates, barriers, lighting arrangement at night, chowkidar and maintenance of diversion etc. Complete in all respect as per MORT & H Specifications density of GSB as laid 2 gms/cc complete in all respect in all the respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer - in - Charge. WET MIX MACADAM : Analysis of Rate for Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density 2.2 Tonnes/cum complete as per MORT&H specifications. MORT&H specification (5th edition) having as laid, density of 2.2gm/c.c by providing laying, spreading and compacting clean, crushed aggregate and granular material (taking 3.30 cum material for 10 sqm area) conforming to Table 400-12 (Physical characteristics) and Table 400-13 (grading) of MORT&H specifications (5th edition). The material shall be premixed with water at OMC in Mixing Plant/Pan type mixer/Pug Mill and mixed material carried to site by tippers and spread uniformly and evenly on the prepared sub base/base by paver finisher of adequate capacity and all high and low spots remedied by removing or adding aggregate, as required and rolled with 8-10 tones roller to achieved/ desired density. It shall included the cost of tools and plants, carriage of material from stacks, templates, barriers, safety temporary warning lamps at night, chowkidar, maintenance of diversion etc. Complete in all respects as per MORT&H specification, drawings and the instruction of Engineer in charge N.S. item.
