Providing and laying anti skid vitrified floor tiles of specified size (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor indifferent sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to 15:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting thejointswith white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel , plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily. Rate includes the cost of dismantling of all damaged chowkhats and making good the damage to walls plaster and floors as required including, disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground the rate further includes the cost of two coats Spirit polish complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and fixing 35mm thick second class teak wood (kiln seasoned) wire gauge window shutters consisting of vertical and horizontal styles 75x35mm size with wire mesh 22 x 12mm gauge fixed with 1/2" x 3/4" teak wood beading. The rate further includes the cost of 3" butt hinges stainless steel tower bolts 4", 4" stainless steel handle 2nos, stay 1no, screws, nails etc. I-hook, french spirit polishing two or more coats complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 35mm thick 2nd class teak wood (kiln seasoned) glazed window shutters consisting of vertical and horizontal styles 75x35mm size with 4mm thick floated glass pane fixed with 1/2"x3/4" teak wood (kiln seasoned) beading. The rate further includes the cost of 3" butt hinges, S.S. Tower bolts 4", S.S. handles 2 nos. I-hook and two coats of Spirit Polish after preparation of surface (special quality) complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 40mm thick factory made cement concrete rubber moulded interlocking paver block made with ratio 1:1:2 by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of approved size and design / shape laid in required colour and pattern over and including 30 mm thick compacted bed of course sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing factory manufactured precast concrete kerb of size 300mm x 300mm having 100mm thickness curved at top duly vibrated, mechanically and compacted made of P.C.C 1:2:4 duly cured and finished. The rate further include filling of joints between kerb with cement mortar 1:2 complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Provding and installation of precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by the Engineer in charge) 0.50mm +-5% total coated thickness TCT) thick zinc coating 100gsm as per IS 277 in 240mpa steel grade, 5-4 microns epopxy primer on both sides of the sheet and polyester top coat of 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 micron minimum to avoid scratches while transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metres or as desired by the Engineer in charge. The sheet shall be fixed by using self drilling / self tapping screws of size (5.5x55mm) with EPDM seal or with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with whitel ead complete upto any pitch in horizontal / vertical or curved surface excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required complete in all repsects and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.
