DSR item no. 1.30 Supplying and fixing metal box of 180mm X 100mm X 60mm deep (nominal size) on surface or in recess with suitable size of phenolic laminated sheet cover in front including providing and fixing 6 pin 5/6 & 15/16 A socket outlet and 15/16 A piano type switch, connections, painting etc. as required.

DSR 1.33 Supplying and fixing 3 pin, 5 A ceiling rose on the existing junction box/ wooden block including connections etc. as required.

DSR 2.3 Supplying and fixing following way, single pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 240 V, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator)

DSR 2.10 Supplying and fixing 5 A to 32 A rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

DSR 5.2 Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

DSR 5.12 Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Supply and Erection of B.L Holder on the existing junction box/ wooden block including making the connection etc as required. The job includes the all labour and petty material charges required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of E.I.C. of work. Approved makes: Anchor/ Goldmedal/ L&T/ Havells make only.

S/E of LED Bulk Head Luminaries weather proof frosted light with PMMA/ PC reflector and silicon gasket to be installed on surface. The LED fitting should have minimum system Lumen output minimum 1000 Lumen at 100 lm/ watt (minimum) and the driver of the fitting should be workable on 140-260 Volt. The colour temperature of LED should be minimum 5000 degree Kelvin. The fitting should be of Philips/ Bajaj/ Wipro/ Havells/ Jaquar/ Crompton/ Panasonic/ Surya/ LT/ Trilux make only. The fitting should be of IP-65/66. The LED should have a life of 50000 burning Hours. The fitting should have THD15% and power factor 0.9 or above. The job includes the cost of testing, commissioning and making connection with copper wire from adjacent light point, other petty material and labour etc. as required to complete the same to the entire satisfaction of Engineer In Charge.

Making hole for installation of exhaust fan of size upto 450mm sweep by demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanically means including disposal of malba with in 50 mtr lead and making good the wall by plastering etc as required.

Supply & erection of Exhaust Fan (heavy duty motor with copper wound metallic body) following size complete with motor, metallic blades, double ball bearing with minimum power consumption, rigid frame with rubber mounting for silent operation, epoxy powder coating along with metallic louver to be installed in the existing opening including cost of making the hole to suit the size of above fan making good the damage, Carriage Charges connection, testing, commissioning etc. as required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of EIC.

Size 12 inches (300mm) Sweep, 900 RPM Heavy Duty Exhaust fan (Single Phase) with louver of Havells make (Turbo Force SP)/ Crompton make ( EXHD300-6-1)/ Bajaj make (Supreme Plus)/ Orient make (Industrial Heavy Duty)/ Usha Make (Turbo HDEF) make only.

S/E of 1x18/20 watt LED box type fittings made of CRCA Sheet. The fittings should be installed on existing surface. The tube rod & batten for hosing the tube rod should be of Philips/ Wipro/ Bajaj/ Havells/ Jaquar/ Surya/ Panasonic/ Crompton make only. The job includes carriage, erection, making connections testing and commissioning of the fittings as per DNIT Item No.15.

S/E of 80 watt High Power LED Flood light luminaries of Philips/ Bajaj/ Wipro/ Crompton/ Surya/ Jaguar/ Havells make only. The job includes the cost of testing, commissioning and making connection with 3x2.5 Sq. mm. copper wire from adjacent light point, other petty material and labour etc. as required to complete the same to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge as per DNIT Item No.16.

Labour charges for horizontal boring 1 Mtr. Below ground level including cost of 2 Nos. Pit digging and refilling complete in all respects upto entire satisfaction of the EIC of the work.

S/E of MS bracket (F shape) made from 40mmx40mmx5mm thick angle iron to be installed on existing parapet/ wall with the help of suitable size of nuts/ bolts etc for erection of flood light/ street light fittings. the job includes cost of painting of bracket with superior quality of paint and other all petty material etc as required to complete the job.

Supply & erection of Wall/ Cabin Fan 16” sweep oscillating type complete with blades & regulator. The fan should have 2 Nos. of pull cord switches, one for oscillation and one for speed regulation. The fan should be of Havells Swing Gyro/ Orient 400mm wall 43U/PWH / Usha 400mm Mist Air DUOS/ICY/ Bajaj Esteem 400mm Wall fan make only. The cost includes the connection with adjacent light points and installed on wall with suitable size rag bolts, nuts and other material required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Laying of PVC insulated sheathed aluminium conductor un armored cable 10 mm. sq. 2 core flat on existing surface with suitable clamps/ hanger etc. including making connection and petty material etc. as required.
