Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500 D or more.

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of step sand dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Grading roof for water proofing treatment with Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Providing gola 75x75 mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 10 mm and down gauge), including finishing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) as per standard design : In 75x75 mm deep chase

Making khurras 45x45 cm with average minimum thickness of 5 cm cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size) over P.V.C. sheet 1 m x1 m x 400 micron, finished with 12 mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and a coat of neat cement, rounding the edges and making and finishing the outlet complete.

Providing and laying brick tiles over mumty roofs, grouted with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) mixed with 2% of integral water proofing compound by weight of cement, over 12 mm layer of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) and finished neat: With common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) brick tiles of class designation 10

Providing and laying in situ five course water proofing treatment with APP (Atactic Polypropylene) modified Polymeric memberane over roof consisting of first coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 litre per sqm, 2nd & 4th courses of bonding material @ 1.20 kg/sqm, which shall consist of blown type bitumen of grade 85/25 conforming to IS : 702, 3rd layer of roofing membrane APP modified Polymeric membrane 2.0 mm thick of 3.00 Kg/ sqm weight consisting of five layers prefabricated with centre core as 100 micron HMHDPE film sandwiched on both sides with polymeric mix and the polymeric mix is protected on both side with 20 micron HMHDPE film. 5th, the top most layer shall be finished with brick tiles of class designation 10 grouted with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) mixed with 2% integral water proofing compound by weight of cement over a 12 mm layer of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) and finished neat (item of laying brick tiles shall be paid for separately)

P/F 110mm internal dia PVC pipe as rain water pipe on walls of 6 kg. pressure with Bend, Elbow and Clamps complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer--in-Charge.

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) DSR 13.2.1

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved manufacture and of required shade and colour all complete to achieve even shade and colour New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre

Providing and fixing golden champ wood chowkhats(Kiln seasoned) including cost of corner straps iron hold, fast, hinges, screws ,nails, fevicol etc. and painting two coats of wood preserver to sides of chowkhat. Rate include the cost of dismantling of all damage chowkhats and making good the damaged to wall plaster and floor as required including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground . The rate further includes the cost of special quality paint over one coat of primer complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.(N.S) 4.1/2”x2.1/4.

Providing and fixing 35 mm thick phenol bonded factory manufactured solid flush door shutter ( Kanchan, Jindal make) ISI marked with both side commercial face in the existing chowkhat. The rate includes the cost of Iron hinges, all necessary aluminium fitting and painting two coats over one coat of primer after preparation of surface (special quality) complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction of engineer- in - charge.

Providing and Fixing 35mm thick golden champ wood (kiln seasoned) wire gauge door shutter consisting of 100mm x 35 mm style and top rail 150 mm x 35 mm lock rail 200mm x 35 mm bottom rail wire mesh 22 x 12 mm gauge fixed with 1/2” x 3/4” golden champ wood (kiln seasoned) beading, with two vertical members in each panel to hold wire mesh, with necessary 4 Nos. of hinges 4", 2 Aluminium Tower bolts 6", 2 Aluminium Handles 5” and Aluminium door stopper and single acting door spring and complete fixed in position including two coats of paint and one coat of primer after preparation of surface (special quality) Complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and fixing 35mm thick golden champ wood (Kiln seasoned) wire gauge window shutter consisting of vertical and horizontal style 75mm wide and wire mesh 12x24 gauge fixed with ½”x3/4” golden champ beading i/e necessary aluminum joinery fitting, screw, nails, fevicol etc. in existing chowkhat. The rate include the two coats of special quality paint over priming coat including removal of old shutter etc.complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing 4mm thick plain glass panes with beading over existing chowkhat or glazed shutter including the cost of nails,putty etc including removal of old broken glass pane complete in all respect to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Providing and laying Anti skid Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours, shades, except White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction of Emgineer-in-charge.(N.S.)

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. with necessary screws to the existing wooden frame including coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Making plinth protection 50 mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-Ill) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) over 75 mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including necessary excavation, levelling & dressing & finishing the top smooth.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
