Providing gola 75x75 mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 10 mm and down gauge), including finishing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) as per standard design : In 75x75 mm deep chase

Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roofs of slabs by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying: (a) after surface preparation, first layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/sqm. (b) laying second layer of Fibre glass cloth when the first layer is still green. Overlaps of joints of fibre cloth should not be less than 10 cm. (c) third layer of 1.5 mm thickness consisting of slurry of cement @ 1.289 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.670 kg/sqm and coarse sand @ 1.289 kg/sqm. This will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed by ponding of water for 48 hours. The entire treatment will be taken upto 30 cm on parapet wall and tucked into groove in parapet all around and 24 hours fourth and final layer of brick tiling with cement mortar (which will be paid for separately.

Providing and laying brick tiles over mumty roofs, grouted with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) mixed with 2% of integral water proofing compound by weight of cement, over 12 mm layer of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) and finished neat: With common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) brick tiles of class designation 10

Making khurras 45x45 cm with average minimum thickness of 5 cm cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size) over P.V.C. sheet 1 m x1 m x 400 micron, finished with 12 mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and a coat of neat cement, rounding the edges and making and finishing the outlet complete.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour. Two coats

Providing and Fixing 35mm thick 2nd class teak wood (kiln seasoned) panel door shutter consisting of 100mm x 35 mm style and top rail 150 mm x 35 mm lock rail 200mm x 35 mm bottom rail, teak wood (kiln seasoned) beading, with necessary 4 Nos. of hinges, S.S Tower bolts, S.S. Handles 5”, sliding bolt including 12mm thick commercial ply and complete fixed in position including spirit polish complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and Fixing 35mm thick 2nd class teak wood (kiln seasoned) wire gauge door shutter consisting of 100mm x 35 mm style and top rail 150 mm x 35 mm lock rail 200mm x 35 mm bottom rail wire mesh 22 x 12 mm gauge fixed with 1/2” x 3/4” teak wood (kiln seasoned) beading, including stainless steel fittings and French spirit polish complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 35mm thick 2nd class teak wood (kiln seasoned) glazed window shutters consisting of vertical and horizontal styles 75x35mm size with 4mm thick floated glass pane fixed with 1/2"x3/4" teak wood (kiln seasoned) beading. The rate further includes the cost of 3" butt hinges S.S. Tower bolts 4", S.S. Handles 2 nos. I-hook and two coats of Spirit Polish after preparation of surface (special quality) complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 35mm thick second class teak wood (kiln seasoned) wire gauge window shutters consisting of vertical and horizontal styles 75x35mm size with wire mesh 22 x 12mm gauge fixed with 1/2" x 3/4" teak wood beading. The rate further includes the cost of 3" S.S. butt hinges S.S. tower bolts 4", 4"handle 2nos, stay 1no, S.S. handles 2 nos, screws, nails etc. I-hook, french spirit polishing two or more coats complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all\colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gentlyand easily.Double charge vitrified tile polished finish of size Size of Tile 600 x1200 mm

Providing and fixing Ist quality glazed vitrified wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete. Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. In cement mortar

Providing and fixing 2'-0” deep cupboard /cabinet consisting of 19mm thick commercial board and 6mm thick ply on back side, 4mm thick teak ply pasted on the exposed surface and making shelves in cabinet 0.8mm mica inside canbinet . The rate further includes the cost of lipping, piano hinges, cupboard lock, screws, nails, 2 nos. fancy s.s. handles, 2 nos. magnetic catchers, fevicol and painting two coats over one priming coat and preparation of surface on board and ply surface and spirit polishing on teak ply complete in position as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Providing and fixing 60mm thick high density rubber moulded precast cement concrete pavers block grey /coloured/ designer polished (manufactured by vibro hydraulic pressure process) having wearing layer 6mm to 8mm thick with cement and fine aggregate mix 3:1 (three cement and one fine aggregate) and under layer consisting of design mix of cement, sand and fine aggregate having designation M-35 ISI marked including the cost of best quality colours and hardening agents. The paver should be complied with tensile strength and breaking load as per BIS 6717-1993 and shall be tested against resistance to bear as per IS 1237-1980 (specification for cement concrete floor tiles). The paver should be laid over a layer of 25mm thick screened sand to the required slope and requirement complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing GRC Cladding Tiles of size 230mmx75mmx15mm confirming to IS:1237 in approved design, size, texture, thickness, pattern and colour on wall cladding up to all height as per approved by worthy Hon'ble high Court Building Committee, including necessary scaffoldings. The composition of tiles should be '43' grade White Portland cement, reinforced in Alkali Resistant Glass Fibre and the pigment should be done with exterior grade synthetic inorganic iron oxide pigment. The pigmentation should be homogenous and in accordance with British Standards BS EN 12878:1999. The other additives should be fine washed graded quartz, super plasticizers and integrated water proofing agents and other. The top surface of the tiles should be sealed with acrylic lacquer resulting in surface water abortion of tiles, less than 1% and water absorption by 24 hrs immersion method, less than 8%. The tiles should be fixed with the cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement:3 coarse sand) and mixed with water proofing compound installation to be done by specialized vendor in strict supervision complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
