Painting with washable oil bound distemper, one or more coats with in all shades for interior use on bricks for old work, plastered surface, fibre board, panelling, etc. to give an even shade. The Contractual agency shall make provisions of spreading plastic sheets on the floor, furniture etc. in order to avoid stains on the flooring/furniture. All the stains shall be removed from the floor, doors windows etc. and in case of any damage to the flooring/furniture, the same shall be got restored by the agency at his own cost The item further includes scrapping of existing loose surface, cleaning of the surface and filling of the scrapped surface, with cement based putty to provide even finish to the surface. The item further includes the charges of stair, scaffolding etc. complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. NS

Providing and fixing 4mm thick plain glass panes witth beading when required over fixed portion or glazed shutter including the cost of nails, putty etc. complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. NS

Providing and fixing 6mm thick commercial ply (ISI marked) on the exisitng wooden members including the cost of nails, fevicols etc. including painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of plyboard consisting of 18 mm thick commercial ply(ISI marked) phenol bonded fixed with hard wood battens and gutties including the cost of necessary lipping screws, nails, fevicol complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. N.S

Painting one or more coats excluding priming coat with special quality synthetic enamel paint in all shades on old wood work or metallic or plastered, concrete surface to give an even shade. Regrading terracing of mud phaska covered with tiles or brick, in cement mortar by dismantling tiles or bricks, removing mud plaster, preparing the surface of mud phaska to proper slope, relaying mud plaster gobri leaping and tiles or bricks, grouted in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand), including replacing unserviceable tiles or bricks with new ones and disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground (the cost of the new tiles or brick excluded), all complete as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.DSR 14.13

Supply of common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks tile class designation 10 of size 22.9x11.4x4.4cm complete in al1 respects and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. NS.
