Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum/steel/wooden partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling, plaster ,kota stone,sun film ,wall paper, pvc flooring,G.I sheets roofing including,M.S. structure, ceramic tiles,chips/ mossaic/brick/stone flooring etc including disposal of unserviceable surplus material and stacking of serviceable material with CSIO as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing mineral fibre false ceiling tiles at all heights of size 595X595mm of approved texture, design and pattern. The tiles should have Humidity Resistance (RH) of 99%, Light Reflectance 85%, Thermal Conductivity k = 0.052 - 0.057 w/m K, Fire Performance as per (BS 476 pt - 6 &7)in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking T-Grid of hot dipped all round galvanized iron section of 0.33 mm thick (galvanized @120 gsm ) comprising of main T runners of 15x32 mm of length 3000 mm, cross T of size 15x32mm of length 1200 mm and secondary intermediate cross T of size 15x32 mm of length 600 mm to form grid module of size 600x600 mm suspended from ceiling using consisting of M6 Anchor Fasteners with Vertical Hangers made of Galvanised steel of size 26 x 26 x 25 x 1.2mm with a Galvanised Thickness of 80gsm, A pre Straightened Hanger wire of dia – 2.5 mm of 1.8 m length., thickness of 80gsm and a tensile strength of 344-413 MPa, along with Adjustable hook clips of 0.8 mm thick, galvanised spring steel for 2.68 mm with a minimum pull strength of 110 kg. The adjustable clip also consists of a 3.5 mm aquiline wire to be used with the main runner., spaced at 1200 mm centre to centre along main ‘T’. System should rest on periphery walls /partitions with the help of GI perimeter wall angle ofsize24x24X3000 mm made of 0.40 mm thick sheet, to be fixed to the wall with help of plastic rawl plug at 450 mm centre to centre & 40 mm long dry wall S.S. screws. Exposed bottom portion of all T-sections used in false ceiling support system shall be prepainted with polyester baked paint, for all heights. Work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawings and as per directions of the engineerin- charge. With 16 mm thick beveled regular mineral fibre false ceiling tile (NRC 0.55 to 0.6).Armostrong DUNE RH 99 or equivalent

Providing & fixing zebra blinds of louvers fabric woven of approved shades.The head rail should be powder coated aluminium alloy section with tilt gear hub delrinacetal louer carriers including any other fixtures to make the blind oprational and fixing in position all complete of Make - Vista /SERENE/SPECTRUM or equivalent as approved by Engineer in charge before fixing..

Providing &fixing aluminum composite paneling 3mm thick on wall, partition, facia ,column etc etc at required place as per direction of Engineer in-charge. The ACP be exterior grade of any metallic colour, Make Alstone or equivalent on frame work 1'1/2" x1"x2mm (standard aluminums section). The aluminum section to be anchored to existing wall etc with screw, desh fasteners etc. The size, c/c spacing of ACP be as per the site adjustment but must be uniform spacing. The joints to be filled with silicon of DOW coming /wacker make.

Carrying out petty jobs of welding works with necessaqry tools, welding set & rods etc. for petty works at diffrent locations which can not be measured as directed by engineer in charge.

Carrying out petty jobs of misc.petty works with all necessary tools,Rehri,etc.at diffrent locations which can not be measured as directed by engineer in charge.

Dismantling of electrical cables/wiring, electrical light points, fan points, LP,PP, fitting & fixures etc. including shifting of material from site to store as required & as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.. Note:- Before quoting the rates visit the site for assessment of the work.

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required. (i) Group-C

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the 2X2.5 sq mm + 1X2.5 sq mm earth wire of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required.

Supplying and drawing of 3 x 2.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required.

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the 2X4 sq mm + 1X4 sq mm earth wire of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required. (Note:- this item includes PVC conduite pipe + PVC wire)

Supplying and fixing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess, including providng and fixing 1 no. 3 pin 5/6 A modular socket outlet, 1 no. 5/6 A modular switch, 1 No. 6 pin 5/6 & 15/16 A modular socket outlet and 1 no. 15/16 A modular switch connections etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 5/6 A modular switch/ socket on the existing modular plate & switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required. (Note: Suitable for fixing on PVC modular box for PVC trunking)

Supplying and fixing modular 3 pin 5/6 A socket outlet on the existing modular plate & switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required. (Note: Suitable for fixing on PVC modular box for PVC trunking)

Supplying and fixing of U-PVC adaptable trunking system of size 100mm X 50mm complete with trunking cover etc. for housing the electrical modular box for fixing modular switch sockets, telephone socket etc, on the wall/tables/pillars etc. as required.

Supply and fixing of PVC 6 module conversation frame for CMS trunking with cover plate and blanking plate suitable for fixing in 100mmx50mm DLP U-PVC trunking for fixing the modular switch and socket 5amp./15amp. Complete as required at site.

Supply and fixing of RJ45 CAT6 Computer Jack with PVC modular box , base and cover plate suitable for fixing in 100mm x 50mm U-PVC trunking complete as required at site.

Supply of full glow G6 recessed type 36W LED Light Fitting of size 2' x 2', lumens - 3600 or more, operating voltage 230/250 Volts, 50Hz, suitable for office and complete in all respect with driver etc. Model/Make: RC370B LED36S of Philips OR equivalent model of Havells, CG or Wipro.

Installation ,Testing, Commissioning of wall bracket /ceiling fittings of all sizes and shapes containing upto two GLS/CFL/LED lamps per fitting, complete with all accessories including connections etc. as required.
