Providing and fixing mineral fibre false ceiling tiles With 16 mm thick beveled tegular mineral fibre false ceiling tile (NRC 0.55 to 0.6) Make:- Armstrong DUNE RH99 or Equivalent. at all heights of size 595X595mm of approved texture, design and pattern. The tiles should have Humidity Resistance (RH) of 99%, Light Reflectance 85%, Thermal Conductivity k = 0.052 - 0.057 w/m K, Fire Performance as per (BS 476 pt - 6 &7)in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking T-Grid of hot dipped all round galvanized iron section of 0.33 mm thick (galvanized @120 gsm ) comprising of main T runners of 15x32 mm of length 3000 mm, cross T of size 15x32mm of length 1200 mm and secondary intermediate cross T of size 15x32 mm of length 600 mm to form grid module of size 600x600 mm suspended from ceiling using consisting of M6 Anchor Fasteners with Vertical Hangers made of Galvanised steel of size 26 x 26 x 25 x 1.2mm with a Galvanised Thickness of 80gsm, A pre Straightened Hanger wire of dia – 2.5 mm of 1.8 m length., thickness of 80gsm and a tensile strength of 344-413 MPa, along with Adjustable hook clips of 0.8mm thick, galvanised spring steel for 2.68 mm with a minimum pull strength of 110 kg. The adjustable clip also consists of a 3.5 mm aquiline wire to be used with the main runner., spaced at 1200 mm centre to centre along main ‘T’. The system should rest on periphery walls /partitions with the help of GI perimeter wall angle of size24x24X3000 mm made of 0.40 mm thick sheet, to be fixed to the wall with help of plastic rawl plug at 450 mm centre to centre & 40 mm long dry wall S.S. screws. The exposed bottom portion of all T-sections used in false ceiling support system shall be prepainted with polyester baked paint, for all heights. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawings and as per directions of the engineer-in-charge

Taking Out , Repair, Modification & Refixing the same of Aluminum Work for Doors , Window, Cupboards & partion etc. as per directions of Engineer-in-charge

Taking Out , Repair & Modification Refixing the same of Glazing work of any size in Doors , Window, Cupboards & partion etc. as per directions of Engineer-in-charge

Taking Out , Repair, Modification & Refixing the same of existing Vertical Blind / curtain blinds as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Provinding & fixing 3mm thick aluminium composite paneling of required shade of any colour for celing walls and colums pillers etc over 1'1/2" x1" aluminium .tube induuding section tube for ceiling including 6mm thick grooving ofter every 2ft wide panel filling the grooves with silicon. Complete in respects including cutting for ekectrical fittings to the entire satisfactionof Engineer In Charge Make :- Alstone or equivalent

SCHEDULE - I : - ELECTRICAL PART WORK Labour Charges for Dismentlling of Existing Electric points wiring, complete in all respect and incluiding shifting of material from site to store as required.

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required. (i) Group-C (Note- Moduler box used for switches should have 25% extra space as required)

Supplying and fixing metal box of 180 mm X 100 mm X 60 mm deep (nominal size) on surface or in recess with suitable size of phenolic laminated sheet cover in front including providing and fixing 6 pin 5/6 & 15/16 amps socket outlet and 15/16 amps piano type switch, connection, painting etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 25 mm dia MS flexible pipe with PVC coating along with all ancillaries and accessories like coupler etc. as required.

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the 2X2.5 sq mm + 1X2.5 sq mm earth wire of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required. (Note:- this item including PVC condute pipe + PVC wire)

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the 2X4 sq mm + 1X4 sq mm earth wire of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required. (Note:- this item including PVC condute pipe + PVC wire)

Supplying and fixing piano type 5/6 amps switch on the existing switch box/ cover including connections etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing piano type 15/16 amps switch on the existing switch box/ cover including connections etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing piano type 3 pin 5/6 amp socket outlet on the existing switch box/ cover including connections etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing piano type 6 pin 15/16 amp socket outlet on the existing switch box/ cover including connections etc. as required.

Supplying and Errection of Bakelite sheet of 2mm thick, ISI marked with cutting etc. anyone of make Heylem/Super Heylem.

Supplying and fixing of DLP U-PVC adaptable trunking system for installation base, covers, partition, finishing accessories & mounting wiring accessories for the size 105 X 50mm fitted on the tables or wall pillers etc as required.

Supply and erection of PVC moduler box 6 to 8 modules with cover plate and blanking plate suitable for fixing in 105mmx50mm DLPU-PVC trunking for fixing the moduler switch and socket 5amp./15amp. Complete as required at site.

Supplying and fixing 5/6 amp moduler switch on the existing moduler plate and switch box including connections but excluding moduler plate etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 15/16 amp moduler switch on the existing moduler plate and switch box including connections but excluding moduler plate etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 3 pin 5/6 amp moduler socket outlet on the existing moduler plate and switch box including connections but excluding moduler plate etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 6 pin 15/16 amp moduler socket outlet on the existing moduler plate and switch box including connections but excluding moduler plate etc. as required.

Providing of 2'X2' LED type fitting 31-36 watt, single phase, 250v, 50 hz, AC complete in all respect as required. (Model should be approved before installation of the fitting)

Installation testing & commissioning of pre-wired, fluorescent fitting /compact fluorescent fitting of all types ,complete with all accessories & tube/lamp etc. directly on ceiling / wall, including connection with 1.5 Sqmm FR PVC insulated, copper conductor, Single core cable & earthing etc. as required.

Supply of ceiling fan of size 1200 mm (48 Inch) with 5-Star rating, white in color, single phase, 230/250 volts, 50Hz, complete in all respect any one of make CG/ USHA. (Model should be approved before installation of Fan)

Installation, testing and commissioning of ceiling fan, including wiring the down rods of standard length (upto 30 cm) with 1.5 sq.mm FR PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing two module stepped type electronic fan regulator on the existing modular plate switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing extra down rod of 10 cm length G.I. pipe, 15 mm dia, heavy gauge including painting etc.as required. ( Note: More than 5 cm length shall be rounded to the nearest 10 cm and 5 cm or less shall be ignored)

Supplying and fixing 20 A, 240 V, SPN Industrial type socket outlet, with 2 pole and earth, metal enclosed plug top alongwith 20 A, “C” curve, SP, MCB, in sheet steel enclosure, on surface or in recess, with chained metal cover for the socket out let and complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.
