Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 160 KVA DG Set outdoor type floor mounted AMF pannel of CRCA sheet steel fabricated size 14/16 SWG as per CPRI approved, duly gray painted suitable size to suit as per the following accessories complete in all respect for Auto ON/OFF and manual by pass switch/ arrangement for working of DG set as required with following electrical accessories: (i) Main Incommer:- Both supplies (substation supply & DG Set supply) should be protected with MCCB of current rating 320 Amp, 4 pole, 50 KA. -- Quantity - 02 Nos. complete (ii) Outgoing:- MCCB of Current rating 320 Amp, 4 pole, 50 KA. -- Quantity- 02 Nos. complete. (iii) AMF Control:- System should be contained the proper capacity of contactor 4 pole with suitable operating voltage capacity, relays & time switch microprocessor relay along with card, push button for ON/OFF along with Auto/manual switch and hooter including control wiring with single conductor copper of appropriate Ampare capacity & mounted on Bakalite sheet of minimum 6mm thickness. (iv) Battery charger 16Amp., 240v AC/12V DC for operation of DC ckt of DG Set. (v) Incoming & outgoing supply should be connected with Tag Block of proper capacity before connection to the contactor & all wiring from the tag block to the contectors should be carried with copper conductor wires of appropriate capacity. The AMF Panel should have legs of 35mmx35mmx6mm of length 500mm. The job includes the grouting of panel on the existing floor including diging, foundation with cement, sand, bujri etc. and connection of panel with DG Set through control cable complete in all respect as required at site. Note: - Drawing & sketch of panel before fabricarion should be got approved and cleared from the Electrical Section, CSIO.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade Upto 35 sq. mm in the existing masonry open duct as required.
