Last week, we fulfilled that promise by enhancing the preferences and notification sections of the web & our mobile apps.
Never before, have the government SMEs been empowered in their quest to find the latest tenders. Government portals put the onus on SMEs to visit their portals frequently to identify the new tenders added, on the other hand, the tender aggregators’ portals charge the SMEs as per specific keywords so indirectly the SMEs receive email notifications for the keywords that the SME has paid for and not as per geography.
In contrast, BidAssist gives all the control in the hands of the user. SMEs can set and edit their preferences any number of times so that they are free to make their choice to receive latest tender notifications for their Location, Tender Amount, EMD, and Keywords – ALL BY YOURSELF. Furthermore, SMEs can decide whether they want to receive the notifications daily, weekly or monthly on SMS or email or maybe both.
How it works:
Go To Preferences
Click on the Profile drop-down in Web header or tap on profile icon in the app. Select “Preferences”
Set Preferences
Set Location, Tender Amount, EMD, and Keyword Preferences. Save to receive personalized tender alerts.
Set Frequency (daily/weekly/monthly) as well as medium (SMS/Email/Both) to get notifications.
