West Central Railway Tender

The bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 years: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of the advertised value of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the advertised value of the tender, (iii) One similar work costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of the advertised value of the tender. Alternatively, the bidder shall have successfully completed turnkey furnishing of either 20% of the tendered quantity or 25 nos of Air Conditioned railway passenger coaches, whichever is lower, of gauge 610 mm and above with axle load of 5 tonnes and above for any public passenger railways of the world, in a single order within a period of previous three financial years and current financial year. The bidder is also required to submit a performance statement of similar work done for Railways or any other organization along with their offer, and the List of Works completed in the last three financial years. The tenderer must have minimum average annual contractual turnover of V/N or V whichever is less; where V= Advertised value of the tender in crores of Rupees N= Number of years prescribed for completion of work for which bids have been invited. The bidder should have completed the work as per the contract scope including quality checks. Mentioned values and percentages include: - 30% of the advertised value of the tender - 40% of the advertised value of the tender - 60% of the advertised value of the tender - 20% of the tendered quantity - 25 nos of Air Conditioned railway passenger coaches - Average annual turnover of Rs. 500 Crores and above in last 3 financial years excluding the current financial year - 2% of the gross amount of each bill as Income-tax - 18% GST
