12MM THICK TOUGHENED GLASS FIXED PARTITIONS WITH FILMING: Providing and fixing in position 12mm clear float toughened Glass partition with patch fittings for the full height glass partitions as per the direction of the engineer-in-charge. The work to include making necessary template for all the glasses and then cutting the clear float glass to correct size, making all the necessary holes, cuts etc., then toughen the same. The cost to include all hardware (PATCH FITTINGS etc) required of Hettich/Haffele/Dorma or approved equivalent make viz., single corner patch, top and bottom corner patch etc. or as per the direction of the engineer-in- charge, along with etching with sand blasting as per design and drawing. The maximum size of each glass shall be 1200mm to 2000mm x 2400mm to 2700mm as per the site requirement. WPC DOOR & FRAME Providing and fixing of WPC Door with Frame, Door Frame: 100mm X 50mm Wood Plastic Composite materials water resistance, fire resistance and termite resistance door frame fixed to the wall/partition with fastners/self taping screws of appropriate size, finished with ducco paint all complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge. Door Shutter: 30mm thick Wood Plastic Composite door shutter of size 900 X 2100mm , water resistance, fire resistance and termite resistance door shutters of approved make, surface finished with ducco paint including approved 4 no.of SS door hinges, 2-SETS OF DORMA/HAFELE MAKE ''H'' Handle with dead lock 1side key & thumb-knob the other side & 1-set of DORMA/HAFELE make door closer, all complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge. SIDE STORAGE UNIT Providing and fixing side storage unit with three drawers running both sides on soft closing Telescopic (channels) of approved make, made of 18 mm thick commercial ply with 1.5 mm thick laminate on front face and drawer locks to be provided on one side of the counter as per layout. The sides of the drawers shall be made of 18 mm thick Marine plywood, bottom of 12 mm thick plywood & front of 18 mm thick commercial ply. Drawer to be installed with following hardware: 1 no multi purpose lock as specified & aluminium profile handle of approved make. All the visible/exposed edges shall be provided with 2 mm thick PVC edgebanding all complete as shown in the drawings and directed by Engineer In Charge. The back foam shall be designed with contoured lumbar support for extra comfort. The seat shall be extra thick foam on front edge to give comfort to popliteal area. The dimensions of back shall be 47.5 cm(W) x 58.0 cm(H) and of seat shall be 47.0 cm (W) x 48.0 cm (D). The HR polyurethane foam shall be moulded with density= 45±2 kg/m3 and hardness load 16 ± 2 kgf as. per IS:7888 for 25% compression. The one-piece armrests shall be injection moulded from black Co.polymer Polypropylene. The counter at upper level and front panel / front facia/ modesty panel is formed of 19mm thick Marine Plywood and 12mm ply boxing(wherever required), 450mm extended front panel of 12 mm toughened glass with all patch fitings and opening as specified, Lower level counter formed out of 19mm Marine ply finished with counter top of 12mm thick solid acrylic surface- corian of approved shade and finish as per details. Fixed Partition with 12 mm thick MDF board finished with 1.5 mm laminate of approved shade and pattern for variable height (600-900 mm) above extended front glass panel, supported with anodised aluminium frames of required size and thickness wherevere required. Provision of door installation shall also be ensured, (Doors and Frame to be paid in seperate) as per the detail and direction of Engineer In-charge . Basic price of Laminate Rs 80/- per sqm, cost of corian 9,000/- per sqm. (Cable Manager to be provided) All internal surfaces to be finished with 0.8mm thick balancing laminate of approved shade.Cost to include Borer/Antitermite treatment for wood/plywood. Note - The rate shall be inclusive of CPU trolley of approved make, necessary fittings, fixtures, hardware such as channels, hinges, ball catches, automatic locking arrangament, wire managers etc including providing the necessary openings for electrical/computer wiring complete as per drawing or instructions of Engineer-In-charge.

MISC. MAIN HOSPITAL Wall paneling made from framework of 50 x 25 x 1.20 mm thick hollow aluminum sections spaced 450mm c/c both way (Intermediate), Claded with 8.0 mm thk. over which MDF fluted wooden panel of 10mm +/- 2mm shall be fixed as per the design in the drawing or as directed by Engineer In-charge. (i) Framework:- Made out of 50 mm x 25 mm x 1.2mm thick extruded Aluminium hollow sections, placed not exceeding 450mm c/c both way (Intermediate) & as required in width of bands, centre to centre, bothways (horizontal and vertical), fixed rigidly on wall / columnns in perfect line, level and plumb & claded with 8.0mm thk. over which MDF fluted wooden panel of 10mm +/- 2mm shall be fixed. (ii) Panel Finishing:- Providing & fixing 10mm +/- 2mm thick approved MDF Wooden Panelling fixed on the aluminum sections claded with 8.0mm thk. with tongue and groove joints in line and level. (iii) The rate should include cost of necessary hardware, making cutouts / openings for electrical conduits / cables, Switch boards, AC ducts etc., including providing necessary wooden/aluminum section members support at cutouts, doors/windows openings etc. complete as per drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at site. iv) The Duco paint shall be of approved make and shade. The surface to be painted shall be first prepared smooth by applying proper grade of sand paper / water-paper and then if any pores are noticed the same shall be filled with approved quality synthetic filler agent. The complete surface shall be then applied an even coat of sealer putty and permitted to dry. The surface shall be again grinded smooth and even using appropriate grade of water-paper. When the surface is properly smooth and leveled without any pores or cracks the same shall be spray painted with approved quality Duco paint. The adjoining surfaces which are not to be painted with this application shall be suitably masked using appropriate masking tape. The paint shall be permitted to dry at room temperature and attain smooth lustrous finish. MDF Board:- Greenply, Century, Samrat or equivalent approved by the Bank.

Providing and fixing plywood 4 mm thick, one side decorative veneer conforming to IS: 1328 (type-1), for plain lining / cladding with necessary screws, including priming coat on unexposed surface with :

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre. of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour. Two coats.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Making the opening in brick masonry including dismantling in floor or walls by cutting masonry and making good the damages to walls, flooring and jambs complete, to match existing surface i/c disposal of mulba/rubbish to the nearest municipal dumping ground, all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge.
