Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. WORKING TABLE Providing and fixing in position single level work station of ht. 750mm . Table top min. 600 mm width made out of 18mm thick Marine Plywood of approved make finished with 1.5mm thick laminate of approved colour and pattern for all exposed surface resting over vertical supports and the Inner Surfaces shall be finished with 0.8mm thick laminate of approved colour and pattern complete as specified in the drawing and directed by Engineer In Charge. (Cable Manager to be provided) (The width of the table shall be as per site requiremnets but not less than 600mm) All internal surfaces to be finished with 0.8mm thick balancing laminate of approved shade.Cost to include Borer/Antitermite treatment for wood/plywood

SIDE STORAGE UNIT Providing and fixing side storage unit with three drawers running both sides on soft closing Telescopic (channels) of approved make, made of 18 mm thick commercial ply with 1.5 mm thick laminate on front face and drawer locks to be provided on one side of the counter as per layout. The sides of the drawers shall be made of 18 mm thick Marine plywood, bottom of 12 mm thick plywood & front of 18 mm thick commercial ply. Drawer to be installed with following hardware: 1 no multi purpose lock as specified & aluminium profile handle of approved make. All the visible/exposed edges shall be provided with 2 mm thick PVC edgebanding all complete as shown in the drawings and directed by Engineer In Charge. Note-The rate shall be inclusive of necessary fittings, fixtures, hardware such as channels, hinges, multipurpose lock, aluminium profile handles of approved make, etc as per drawing or instructions of Engineer-In-charge.

Supply of the modular workstations with the following specifications & as indicated in the drawing attached. Linear Workstation - 1200mm(L) x 600mm(W)x 750mm (H) Total Finished Height of the partition workstation to be at 1200 ht as per the details. Metal Gable End 50 X 50 SQ. M.S Metal Leg is made out as per the design provided. All the items/ component will have powder coating as per approved color. Race way Raceways are considered below the table top in Main Spine, one for Power and other for data at nearest place of work top or wire manager hole of 65mm dia. As per company standard. Main Screen Workstation Main spine will have 30mm thick Screen of size 1050 mm length & 450mm height as per approved colour. These screens have fabric pin-up board. These Screen are fixed above the table top with hardware as per company standard. Return Screen at cluster end workstation Main spine will have 30mm thick Screen of size 1200 mm length & 450mm height above & below as per approved colour. These screens have one fabric pinup board inner side & outer is laminate finish.These Screen are fixed at side of workstation as per company standard. Table top Reverse waterfall finish Table top made of 25mm thick Pre laminated MDF with P.V.C edge banding finish as per approved colour. Table top will have 2mm edge banding profile on all exposed edges. Support - Work top is supported on M.S Metal leg & necessary brackets.65 Dia wire manager hole as per company standard.

System shall also have 120 mm high powder coated standalone panel legs to give the system an elevated look. MID BACK CHAIR Providing and placing in position Medium back chair.The seat and back shall be made up of 1.2 ±0.1cm. thick hot-pressed plywood measured as per QA method described in OCP-QLTA-P14-18 and upholstered with fabric upholstery covers and moulded Polyurethane foam. The back foam shall be designed with contoured lumbar support for extra comfort. The seat shall be extra thick foam on front edge to give comfort to popliteal area. The dimensions of back shall be 47.5 cm(W) x 58.0 cm(H) and of seat shall be 47.0 cm (W) x 48.0 cm (D). The HR polyurethane foam shall be moulded with density= 45±2 kg/m3 and hardness load 16 ± 2 kgf as. per IS:7888 for 25% compression. The one-piece armrests shall be injection moulded from black Co.polymer Polypropylene. Overall Dimensions of Chair shall be Seat Height - 46.5cm, Height - 89.5cm, Width & Depth of Chair as measured from pedestal - Width-61.4 cm and Depth-64.5 cm.Complete all as per the direction of Engineer in charge.
