The bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover of 50% of the amount put to bid in any one year in the last five years, with at least 50% of the turnover coming from civil engineering construction works. The lead partner in a Joint Venture must meet not less than 50% of the qualification criteria, while each of the remaining partners must meet not less than 25% of all the qualifying criteria.
