The bidder should have prior work experience as a prime contractor or subcontractor in construction works of similar nature and value. The bidder should provide certificates from concerned officers for the work performed in the last five years. The bidder should have completed works of similar nature and value, with a total monetary value of turnover and civil construction works performed for each of the last five years. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed as a prime contractor or subcontractor at least one similar work with an agreement value of not less than 25% of the amount put to bid. The value of similar work shall be considered based on one culvert/bridge under a single agreement. Additionally, the bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover of 50% of the amount put to bid, certified by a chartered accountant, with at least 30% of this turnover being from civil engineering construction works. The requirement of turnover should be equal to the amount put to bid. The bidder should also have a minimum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years, updated to the price level of the current financial year. The maximum value of civil engineering works executed will be considered, with a maximum indexing allowed 5 times of the current financial year in which bids are invited. The bidder's available bid capacity should be more than the total bid value. The bidder should have completed a certain amount of similar works to be qualified, and the bidder's experience will be assessed based on the value of works completed. The bidder should have achieved in any one year a minimum annual financial turnover of the required amount. Payment certificates of required civil engineering work of any one year by which the bidder will be qualified should be attached as mandatory.
