Consturction of embankment with Material obtained from Borow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000m as per Technical Specification clause 301.5

Box Cutting For pavement construction Excavation for rodway in soil Using manual means for currying of cut earth to embankment site with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto 100m as per Technica Specification Clause 302.3

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lips and lead transporting to site. Spreading, Grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of tables 300.2 with lead upto 100m as per technical specification clause 301.4.1

Construction of gramular sub- base by providing well graded material spreading in uniform layer with motor, grader 1 prepared surface mixing by mixing in place method with rotavator at OMC , and compacting with three wheel 80-100 k.m static roller capacity to achieve the desiger desity complete as per technical specification cluse 401

Cement Concrete Pavement M30 Constructeion of un-reinforced dowl joined a at examsopm amd construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement thickness as per design over a preparedsub base , with 43 grade cement or any other type as per caluse 1501.2 M-30 (Grade) coasre and fine aggregate not excedding 25mm mixed in a concrete mixture of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weight batcher using approved mix design lad in approved fixed side formwork steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythine film, wedges, steel plates including leveling the formwork as per drawings, spreading the concrete with shovles, racks compacted using screed and plate , vibrates and fineshied in continous operation including provision of construcitn and expansion, construction joints applying , deboying streeps , primer, sealant, dowel, bars, near approaces to bridge culvert and construction join adminixture as approved curring of concrete slab for 14 days , using curring compoung where specified , and water finishing to lines and grade with extra with at H-Curve .

Providing and fixing of typical MMGSY informatory sign board with logo as per MORD specification and drawaing three MS Plates of 1.6mm thick up to and middle plate duly welded with MS plats of 1.6mm thick top and middle plate duly weded with MS flat Iron 25mm x5m size back on edges. The lower plate will we welded to 2 nos 75mmx75mm of 12 SWG sheet tubes posts duly embeded in cement concrete M-15 grade block of 450mmx450x600mm below ground level. The top most diamond okate will be stove enameled on both sides. Lettering and printing arows. Border etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of supersior quality required shade and colour. All section of franed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coads of epasy paint as per drawing clause 1701 and Anneuxre 1700.0
