The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having satisfactorily completed at least one similar work as a prime contractor or subcontractor with an agreement value of not less than 25% of the amount put to bid. The cutoff date for considering experience certificates of similar work is the last date of the month before the last date of receipt of tender. For instance, if the last date of receipt of tender is in June 2025, then experience certificates of similar work are considered from June 1, 2020, up to May 31, 2025. In the case of a Joint Venture, the lead partner should meet not less than 50% of the qualification criteria, and each of the remaining partners should meet not less than 25% of all the qualifying criteria. The Joint Venture must collectively satisfy the requirements of the criteria.
