The Eligibility requirements mentioned are: 1. Experience Criteria: The bidder should have experience of supplying the items with a minimum of Rs 10.00 Lacs (In Single Order) or Rs 6.00 Lacs (Two Order) or Rs 4.50 Lacs (Three orders) from any Bihar State government office /Central Government or any Corporates /PSU offices, and the bidder or its OEM should have regularly manufactured and supplied same or similar Category Products to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU for a specified number of Financial years. 2. Past Performance: The bidder or its OEM should have supplied same or similar Category Products for 10% of bid quantity, in at least one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date, and the bidder should have a self-declaration that they are not being blacklisted in any Department/Ministry of the Govt. of India/ State Govt., Bank/ PSUs. The values mentioned for Eligibility requirements are: - 10% of bid quantity for Past Performance - 3 Years for Years of Past Experience Required for same/similar service - Rs 10.00 Lacs (In Single Order) or Rs 6.00 Lacs (Two Order) or Rs 4.50 Lacs (Three orders) for Experience Criteria Technical certifications required by the bidder to participate in this tender are: * ISO 9001 * ISO 14001 * FSC * GMP * ISO 27001 * ISO 45001
