The Eligibility requirements given in the tender are as follows: 1. Technical Experience: - The bidders must have manufactured and supplied at least 10 nos. of RIP/RIS Bushing of 400 kV or higher voltage rating during the last 7 years. - At least one of the RIP/RIS Bushing supplied must have been in satisfactory operation for at least 2 years. - Alternatively, the bidder who has established manufacturing and testing facilities in India for the RIP/RIS Bushing but not meeting the above requirement can also be considered if they have type-tested the RIP/RIS Bushing as per IS/IEC or equivalent standard. 2. Past Performance: - The Employer may assess the capacity and capability of the bidder, to successfully execute the scope of work covered under the package within stipulated completion period. - This assessment shall include past experience and performance. The values and percentages mentioned for Eligibility requirements are: - 20% relaxation for Start-up/MSE bidders. - 5% of the ex-works cost of the RIP/RIS Bushing as performance guarantee for bidders who do not meet the experience requirement. - 2 years of satisfactory operation for at least one RIP/RIS Bushing supplied. - 2 months beyond the additional guarantee period of 2 years for the performance guarantee validity. The technical certification required by the bidder to participate in this tender includes: - Documentary evidence in support of meeting the qualification criteria. - Certificate from the OEM regarding the percentage of the local content and the details of locations at which the local value addition is made. - Certificate issued by the Employer/Utility certifying the operation of the RIP/RIS Bushing without any adverse remark. - Type test certificate as per IS/IEC or equivalent standard for the RIP/RIS Bushing. - Certificate from certified laboratories for testing of imported equipment/materials for any kind of embedded malware/trojans/cyber threats and for adherence to Indian Standards. - Udyam Registration and validation of credentials through Udyam Registration portal for MSEs. - Declaration relating to percentage of local content shall be certified by the statutory auditor or cost auditor, if the OEM is a company, and by a practicing cost accountant or a chartered accountant for OEMs other than companies.
