This open tender enquiry on Proprietary Article Certificate (PAC) basis is being issued to OEM (i.e. M/s Forbes Marshall Pvt. Ltd.) and (or) Authorized dealer (s)/distributor(s) through Custom Bid on GeM portal in two packet bid system for procurement of “Heating coil for OPH unit –Heating coil-oil immersion consisting of 01 6KW and 02 Nos. 9KW Coil Make:Forbes Marshall” at OFN. Authorized channel partners/distributors will provide valid authorization certificate issued by OEM with the bid. Bid’s other than above will be rejected during evaluation of tender.Please submit following document:1. Income Tax return or audited balance sheet, profit and loss statement of last three year.2. Declaration by the firm that firm has not been banned by any Central Govt./State Govt./Central PSU organizations.3. OEM (i.e. M/s Forbes Marshall Pvt. Ltd.) and (or) Authorized dealer (s)/distributor(s) shall be eligible to participate in the Bid. Authorized channel partners/distributors will provide valid authorization certificate issued by OEM with the bid.Note: Please read buyer uploaded ATC document (i.e.:DT53490142 Dated:22.07.2025) carefully and quote accordingly.
