The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost - Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost - One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost - At least X number of projects with contract value not less than Rs. yy for each contract of providing manpower services, with at least one contract being 80% of the estimated value - 3 years of experience in providing similar type of services to any Central/State Govt Organization/PSU, with completion of similar services during each of the financial years - Minimum average annual financial turnover of the bidder during the last three years should be 500 Lakh (s) - 3 years of experience for the same or similar services, with a minimum average annual turnover of 500 Lakh (s) for the past 3 years - 3 to 7 years of experience for both Multi-tasking Staff and Security Guard (Watch and Ward) designations.
