The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completing similar works in the design, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning and validation of Modular Operation Theatre in the Govt. Sector as a prime contractor. The bidder should have completed at least one of the following: - Three similar completed works, each of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender, which is ₹ 6,00,00,000/-. - Two similar completed works, each of value not less than 50% of the estimated cost put to tender, which is ₹ 7,50,00,000/-. - One similar completed work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender, which is ₹ 12,00,00,000/-, in the last 7 years ending 31st July 2025. Additionally, the bidder's annual turnover for each of the last three years should be at least 30% of the Tender estimated value. The similar completed works should be supported by supply order copies along with completion certificates.
