ACP : Designing, fabricating, testing, installing and fixing in position Curtain Wall with Aluminium Composite Panel Cladding over Aluminium rectangular tube of minimum size 50x25x2mm, with open grooves for linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building, for all heights and all levels etc. including: a) Structural analysis & design and preparation of shop drawings for pressure equalisation or rain screen principle as required, proper drainage of water to make it watertight including checking of all the structural and functional design b) Providing, fabricating and supplying and fixing panels of aluminium composite panel cladding in pan shape in metallic colour of approved shades made out of 4mm thick aluminium composite panel material consisting of 3mm thick FR grade mineral core sandwiched between two Aluminium sheets (each0.5mm thick). The aluminium composite panel cladding sheet shall be coil coated, with Kynar 500based PVDF / Lumiflon based fluoropolymer resin coating of approved colour and shade on face # 1 and polymer (Service) coating on face # 2 as specified using stainless steel screws, nuts, bolts, washers, cleats, weather silicone sealant, backer rods etc. c) The fastening brackets of Aluminium alloy 6005 T5 / MS with Hot Dip Galvanised with serrations and serrated washers to arrest the wind load movement, fasteners, SS 316 Pins and anchor bolts of approved make in SS 316, Nylon separators to prevent bi-metallic contacts all complete required to perform as per specification and drawing. The item includes cost of all material & labour component, the cost of all mock ups at site, cost of all samples of the individual components for testing in an approved laboratory, field tests on the assembled working curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding, cleaning and protection of the curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding till the handing over of the building for occupation. The Contractor shall provide curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding, having all the performance characteristics including all required & complete , as per the Architectural drawings, as per item description, as specified, as per the approved shop drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. However, for the purpose of payment, only the actual area on the external face of the curtain wall with Aluminum Composite Panel Cladding (including width of groove) shall be measured in Sqm. up to two decimal places.

Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make, made of required size M.S. laths, interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks, mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete, including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5 cm long wire springs manufactured from high tensile steel wire of adequate strength conforming to IS: 4454 - part 1 and M.S. top cover of required thickness for rolling shutters. 80x0.90 mm M.S. laths with 0.90 mm thick top cover

FURNITURE WORKS

Double Level Counter: Providing and fixing Double Level Counter, first step at 750 mm from ground, 900mm wide and Counter top at 1100 mm level and 300 mm wide. 12mm thick acrylic sheet (pure white in colour) to be used for counter top on 25 mm thick prelaminated commercial ply. Display unit with 8mm thick toughened glass fascia and 18mm thick prelaminated shelves to be in built in counter with movable shutter. Counter should contain retractable keyboard trays and partitioned drawers with drawer channel, cupboard units with swing door and auto close hinges. Drawers and cupboard are to be fixed with individual locks and handles. Cable manager and leg space are also to be provided.150mm high SS glossy skirting all Complete as per the design and instructions of engineer in charge. 12mm thick toughened glass partition to be provided above counter up-to roof height with necessary counter opening. Note: Only front elevation of wooden counter will be measured. (12mm thick toughened glass will be paid separately). Make laminate: GREENLAM, MARINO or equivalent.

Counter Height Stools : Supply and installation at site counter height stools of following specifications :Revolving adjustable Chrome plated steel body chairs with resistance to the corrosion. Cushion Seat with Lift mechanism for Adjustment of height. Minimum height 750mm before expansion. Medium Back rest and arm rest. Item shall be of reputed make.

Table: Supply and errection of Working Table 900mm length X600mm depth X750mm height made with 18mm thick prelaminated particle board with one side decorative and other side balancing lamination and all edges to be fixed with matching PVC edge beeding. Partitioned storage unit having swing door ,Partitioned cash drawer, Key board drawer and leg space are also to be provided with individual locks and handles, autoclose hinges, drawer channels etc. complete as per the aproved design and instructions of engineer in charge.

Chair: Supply and errection of Medium back ergonomic chair with five nos. Star shaped Nylon base. Castors: 50mm diameter nylon twin wheel, gas lift height adjustment, back angle adjustment and backrest height adjustment. Fixed armrest providing natural resting for arms. Seat with PU cutted foam backed fabric, back rest with mesh type fabric. Upholstery: Heavy duty rubber backed fabric in BLACK.

Medicine display shelf: Providing and fixing of Open Wooden display laminated cabinets of length 900mmX height 2500mm made up of Pre-laminated MDF Board, exterior Grade-I 18 mm thick confirming to IS: 14587 with decorative lamination on both side with proper provision of racks and shelves. Bottom storage unit of 600mm deep storage shall be 750mm from the ground with display wooden shelves @150mm C/c. Upper storage unit provided with display wooden shelves @150mm C/c and 450 mm deep and height of 1750mm from the bottom storage unit. All the edges to be finished with edge band and shelves to be fixed with proper bracket holders complete as per approved layout, drawings and instruction of Engineer in Charge. Over Head Storage Cabinet: Providing and fixing of Over head storage cabinet of dimension 900mmX600mmX450mm made up of Pre-laminated MDF Board, exterior Grade-I 18 mm thick confirming to IS:14587 with decorative lamination on both side including inside middle partitions and with sliding door on front side with rollers, sliding channels, handles, locks etc. All the edges to be finished with edge band and shelves to be fix with proper bracket holders complete as per approved layout, drawings and instruction of Engineer In Charge. Note: Only front elevation will be measured.

Airport Chair, 3 Seater: Supply and erection of Airport Chair (Set Of 3 In 1) having overall dimension of Length 1720mm x width 675mm x height 850mm. Chair dimension floor to seat height 400mm and floor to arms height 600mm seat and back frame size Length 495mm x width 490mm x height 550 mm. Chair arms is made up of Stainless Steel Tube 50mm X 25mm Oval Shapes Tube 1.6mm thickness.
