Excess/ less cement used as per design mix is payable/ recoverable separately. 2.It is the responsibility of the contractor to bring the cement concrete manufactured in automatic batching plant (RMC plant) including transportation to site in transit mixer and the quoted rate shall include the expenditure towards the same. 3.It is also the responsibility of the contractor to carry out the Design Mix of Cement Concrete as per the specification above from a Govt. Engineering College and get it approved from FCI. The quoted rate shall include the fees of for carrying out the design mix charged by Government Engineering College, cost of material required to carry out the Design Mix and other incidental expenditures. 4.Dowel bars, Tie bars and Sleeve (Plastic sheeting) shall be paid under respective items. 5. Rate for excess/less cement per kg as per design mix for payment /recovery shall be same as rate of 1kg cement adopted in Pavement Quality Concrete.

Disposal of building rubbish/malba/similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by the Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 metre initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
